Seminsky: “I was kept in shackles for three years by order of Rudkovsky”

It was precisely this unexpected “sentence” that the former head of Ukrneftegazvydobuvannya Oleg Seminsky, who went missing under unclear circumstances, spent practically in a maximum security prison. According to him, the kidnapping was organized by the former Minister of Transport and Communications Nikolai Rudkovsky, he also hired a group of performers who used the entire rich arsenal of torture on the victim from the experience of racketeers of the 90s, extorting 200 million hryvnia from Seminsky.
“I am not a poor person, but I didn’t have and don’t have that kind of money,” said the ex-manager after a special operation to free him, organized by GPU investigators. How they managed to get on the trail of the criminals is not reported; the report only states that Seminsky, who was taken out of the basement, lost not only half his body weight, but also his sense of time. It is noteworthy that the very next day Rudkovsky himself called the released prisoner and stated that he knew nothing about what happened, since he had been abroad for a long time.
But Oleg Seminsky himself is sure that this could not have happened without him: in the conversation, the supervisors repeatedly mentioned the name of the socialist, and also let slip that they knew the name of the medicine for leukemia (which was purchased for Seminsky’s father-in-law), and only the victim of extortion knew this information, his mother-in-law and Pan Rudkovsky.
