Former Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Andrey Portnov claims on his Facebook page that the searches in the Court of Appeal in Kyiv were organized at the instigation of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.
In particular, he claims that the Court of Appeal is now considering another case in which the company PJSC Neftegazdobycha appears. One of the district courts of Kyiv seized the company’s shares four times, and the Court of Appeal lifted these arrests.
Portnov also emphasizes that back in 2011, Petro Poroshenko, using the patronage of the President, approached him with a request to help resolve the corporate conflict in PJSC Neftegazodobycha.

In turn, lawyer Anatoly Bashlovka claims that there is a basic settling of scores between Petro Poroshenko and Nestor Shufrych and Alexander Rudkovsky.
In December 2014, DTEK of Rinat Akhmetov bought companies affiliated with Nikolay Rudkovsky and Nestor Shufrich 36.6475% of the shares of PJSC Neftegazodobycha.
Let us remind you that the Chairman of the Board of PrJSC Neftegazdobycha Oleg Seminsky has been considered missing since 2012 and was put on the wanted list.
In 2015, he got in touch, DTEK reported.
PJSC Neftegazodobycha is the largest oil and gas producing company in Ukraine, with DTEK owning a controlling stake.
