Claims are made both to companies that have not shown revenue for the past few years, and to existing ones. All claims were submitted to arbitration on the same day – February 1.
Thus, the regional Federal Tax Service demanded the bankruptcy of LLC Advertising and Production Company BIKS Region-Volga Region. The company, which was part of the pool of one of the leaders of the Saratov outdoor advertising market, was presented with claims for 76 million rubles. The reason for the emergence of the company’s obligations to the tax authorities is not completely clear. The company has never before been sued because of taxes, over the past 5 years it has not appeared in the courts at all, either as a defendant or as a plaintiff.
The company was part of a group of advertising firms that make up the business of Denis and Valery Sobolev. But in December 2021, Denis Sobolev left the RPK BIKS Region-Volga region, losing the company to Anton Seredinin, he also became its director. The tax office did not like the change of ownership, the legal address and information about Seredinin as a leader were declared unreliable. In September 2022, the tax authorities almost excluded the company from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, but just a week later it was again recognized as valid.
In 2021, the company paid 396.5 thousand rubles of taxes and fees, including 320.4 thousand rubles of VAT. But the latest data on its revenue refers to 2019, when it earned 88.2 million rubles. Denis Sobolev remained the owner of LLC BIKS, a travel agency registered in Ingushetia, and the Saratov company LLC Pechati BIKS, which produces seals and stamps. The first company showed zero revenue in 2021, the second received 573 thousand rubles. Saratov firms from the same group, owned by Valery Sobolev, continue to engage in advertising.
The claims of the tax authorities are not limited to advertising firms. Among the debtors: Amzinsky Lesokombinat LLC with a debt of 12 million rubles, the Saratov namesake of the Bashkir timber industry company, which was previously in the sphere of interests of the Saratov businessman Kamil Ablyazov. The Saratov company belongs to Eldar Yuzikeyev. Last spring, the tax authorities already tried to bankrupt it for a debt of 10.9 million rubles, but then the company was saved by a federal moratorium.
The last time the company showed revenue in 2020, indicating 61.4 million rubles. In 2021, she was fined 453 thousand rubles for tax violations, while the amount of taxes paid was 11.6 million rubles.
The largest claim was made by the Saratov Federal Tax Service against United Construction Corporation No. 1. She is required to be declared bankrupt for a tax debt of 326.1 million rubles. USC No. 1 has been operating since 2013, owned by Hovhannes Khachatryan, engaged in construction. In 2021, the company announced revenue of 60.4 million rubles. The amount of taxes paid in the same year amounted to 1.5 million rubles. Until 2018, she actively participated in public procurement, repairing roads in the Ershov region, and buildings in neighboring regions. From 2016 to 2020, the company changed ownership twice, the current owner came there only in 2020.
LLC “Continent Group” tax demands to be declared bankrupt for a debt of 54.6 million rubles. The company is engaged in the rental and leasing of handling equipment. Its sole owner is Aleksey Kozlovsky. The latest revenue data, 1.8 million rubles, refers to 2020. The amount of taxes paid in 2021 is 63.2 million rubles.
The Federal Tax Service threatens Neftesklad No. 1 with a debt of 10.8 million rubles. The defendant is engaged in other services in the field of oil and gas production. The company belongs to Alexei Medvedev and Dmitry Stepanishchev, registered in the village of Zolotaya Steppe, Soviet District. She has not shown revenue since 2019, but she paid 7.8 million rubles in taxes in 2021.
Warehouse company LLC “TiK” may become bankrupt for a debt of 25.2 million rubles. The company received 8.4 million rubles in revenue in 2021, the amount of taxes paid amounted to 703.7 thousand. At the beginning of this year, she was also almost expelled from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for false information about the owner. Prior to that, five previous owners had successively exited the business. The current owner Sergey Kurdyukov came only in June 2021.
Evgeny Fedorov’s Balakovo firm Askorp is also under threat of being excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for unreliability and bankruptcy. However, now this company, which produced building metal structures, is also in liquidation. In 2021, she had 3.9 million rubles in revenue, paid 256.9 thousand rubles in taxes.
