
Sergey Samilyak from Perfect Group can sit down
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office drew up and sent to the court an indictment against a representative of the developer who wanted to bribe an official.
The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office filed an indictment against Sergei Samilyak, a representative of the Perfect Group development company, who tried to bribe Semyon Krivonos, head of the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning, for $120,000.

“On January 26, 2023, the SAPO prosecutor, based on the materials of the NABU pre-trial investigation, sent an indictment to the court on charges of a representative of one of the capital’s developers of offering and providing unlawful benefits to the chairman of the State Inspectorate for Architecture and Urban Planning of Ukraine (SIAG), that is, of committing a crime under part 4 Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” the prosecutor’s office said.
The message does not indicate the name of the accused, however, according to information “Word and deed”, we are talking about Samilyak.
By versions accusations, Sergei Samilyak acted in the interests of the Perfect Group developer company, which was trying to obtain a certificate from the GIAG for accepting a high-rise building erected with violations for 120 thousand dollars.
At the beginning of February 2022, the person involved was exposed at the time of the transfer of illegal benefits, and later a suspicion was reported. The pre-trial investigation of these facts was launched by NABU detectives in December 2021 at the request of the head of the SIAG.
Recall “Word and deed” reportedthat we are talking about a representative of the development company Perfect Group Sergey Samilyak, who offered an unlawful benefit for the commissioning of the buildings of the residential complex “Terracotta”.
He proposed to the head of the SIAG for putting the facilities into operation to provide an unlawful benefit at the rate of 2 dollars per 1 square meter, and for obtaining a permit for construction work – an undue benefit at the rate of 1.5 dollars per 1 sq. m. m. The area of LCD “Terracotta” is 60,000 square meters. m, that is, it was about the amount of 120 thousand dollars. Also, during the discussion of Samilyak with the GIAG employees, the suspect offered to provide an unlawful benefit for concealing the fact that there were no meters and equipment in the transformer substation.
