Another reason for Sadovoy’s fall has a specific name and surname – this is Alexander Yurchenko (now a deputy from the Servant of the People), Sadovoy’s long-time political enemy. However, not only political, since Yurchenko is constantly accompanied by all sorts of scandals, including corruption. Born in 1990 (good enough to be Sadovoy’s son), Yurchenko is a typical “little pig”, which can be understand from his biographythe milestones of which are the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine” (financed by Soros funds) and the Kiev branch of the company “Clifford Chance” (serves Soros structures). Yurchenko is a “Goloseevsky” himself; in 2013, he headed the opposition People’s Council in this area. As one of the Maidan activists, it was Yurchenko who for a very long time accused Sadovy of installing the 2013 New Year tree (this was done by the Department of Public Improvement), and as the chairman of the public association “Lustration”, he contributed to the dismissal of Sadovy and the appointment of his “Maidan brother-in-arms” Dmitry Belotserkovets in his place.

But, we repeat, it was not only about politics. As a restless social activist, Yurchenko constantly participated in construction scandals: he either supported the residents of the Goloseevsky district, or took the side of the developers. In 2014-2018 Yurchenko was tossed from one political force to another: he was an assistant to such scandalous people’s deputies as Andrei Denisenko, Svoboda member Alexander Shevchenko, Elena Sotnik (from Samopomich) and the “gunpowder man” Taras Butenko. In 2019, Yurchenko signed up for the Servant of the People and, under its green banner, won elections in electoral district No. 211 in the Goloseevsky district. At the same time ensured his victory the head of the district commission, Elena Vutke, is the mother of Sergei Vutke, who headed Yurchenko’s election headquarters. Having received a mandate, Yurchenko continued to thunder with scandals: for example, together with other “servants of the people” his caught at a banquet in a restaurant “Galernny”, which Yurchenko previously demanded to close. Looks like they’re feeding him for free now?

But let’s return to Sergei Sadovoy. There is no information about his activities in 2015 – we emphasize once again that he did not mention his dismissal in his biography. But in 2016, he already worked again in the Kyiv City State Administration, only as the chief specialist of the Analytical Support Department, where he got a job thanks to his extensive connections. He repeatedly tried to return to his old position as head of the Goloseevsky district (there were candidates for this position in 2018), but achieved this only on November 17, 2019, when Vitaliy Klitschko appointed him acting head of the Goloseevsky District State Administration. And now Sadovoy has a good chance of remaining in this chair for a long time.

As the media reported, this became possible largely thanks to the truce reached between Sadovoy and Alexander Yurchenko. If this is so, then the only basis for a truce can only be corruption – which means that the old enemies have entered into some kind of mutually beneficial alliance with each other.

Sergei Sadovoy. Where is the store from?

If you look into declaration of Sergei Sadovoythen you will see there a modest, lonely official who earned only 215 thousand hryvnia last year and received another 24 thousand in financial assistance. One two-room apartment has an estimated cost of only 18,100 hryvnia (not enough even for 1997, when he purchased it), but there is a seven-year-old Lexus RX 350, bought last year for 711 thousand hryvnia, and another 1,212,814 hryvnia in cash. But this is already a mistake, because the question arises, where did the chief specialist of the Department of Analytical Support of the Kyiv City State Administration get two million? Sadovoy was able to explain the origin of only one million: he sold some real estate to citizens Lyudmila Tsurkan and Svetlana Koryukovets.

Excuse me, but Svetlana Koryukovets is his wife, from whom Sadovoy “quietly” divorced three years ago, before returning to work at the Kyiv City State Administration! And Lyudmila Tsurkan is her business partner in a number of companies owned by Koryukovets. It looks like you are already starting to guess everything yourself! Indeed, Sadovoy’s divorce from his wife did not make any apparent sense, because they had known each other since childhood and lived together in a happy marriage for more than 20 years. But there was one reason hidden from the public: a dozen companies that were registered to the spouse. As you know, recently a business registered in the name of relatives has already been considered a reason for officials to suspect corruption. And Sadovoy is so passionate about looking like an honest civil servant that he even became a member of the Anti-Corruption Union of Ukraine and the Anti-Coppition Bureau of Ukraine. And this is where a trick of the new era helped him: some officials began to arrange formal divorces in order to remove wives and relatives from their declarations along with their companies. This is a simple matter, the most important thing here is that the wife is a reliable person and really does not leave her husband with all his business. And in this case, Svetlana Koryukovets is just such a faithful wife.

Well, now let’s see what exactly Sergei Sadovoy copied to his wife Svetlana Koryukovets. Perhaps it’s worth starting with Rondo-S LLC (EDRPOU 30724793), created back in 2000 and owning a grocery store of the same name at 11 Rodimtseva Street. Not to say that this is a whole supermarket, however, the store is quite large, and on The area in front of it still had beer and vegetable stalls in operation. The presence of this store alone largely explains the zeal with which Sadovoy destroyed the MAFs that were his competitors. He demolished the stalls – and people flocked to his grocery store for beer, cigarettes and bread!

Just a hundred meters from the Goloseevskaya Regional State Administration, at the address Goloseevsky Prospekt 46a (inside the block), the company Nika (25391542) has been operating since 1998, leasing commercial real estate. As you may have noticed, the company was opened immediately after Sadovoy became deputy chairman of the district administration. As they say, I didn’t waste my time! PJSC Torin (20043336), engaged in “restaurant activities,” was registered at the same address and until recently operated. Its founders were two companies: Zhitloinvest-Service (32659695) and Slavyanskoye (16302128). The first belongs to Svetlana Koryukovets and Dmitry Ostapenko, who is Sadovoy’s longtime companion and even his ally: according to Skelet.Info Together they are the founders of the public organization “Legal Protection of the Goloseevsky District”. Ostapenko also heads the charitable foundation “Future of Goloseev”, through which officials of the Goloseevskaya Regional State Administration collected bribes and extortions – which was discussed at the time journalists have reported more than once.

Koryukovets owned the construction company Dream Land (34180761), she is a co-owner of the service cooperative Stolichny (40863474) and owns PAKO Torg LLC (32847052). And here is another of their companies, also involved in real estate: Bars LLC (32421266), registered at Goloseevsky Prospekt 100/2 (see photo of the building), and its Firos LLC (39488451), engaged in retail trade, is also located there food, alcohol and tobacco. What is surprising is that, according to databases, more than 600 different companies are registered at the same address. It looks like the relevant authorities should have visited there a long time ago!

Well, in addition, Koryukovets owned the consulting company “Information Center for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship Development” (31199172), which she recently transferred to its director Olga Ovcharuk, and is a co-founder of the All-Ukrainian environmental civil association “Zatoka”. It seems that both spouses have a great desire for membership in various kinds of public organizations. Sergei Sadovoy, among other things, in 2015 became a co-founder of the Spaso-Preobrazhensky Brotherhood, registered for some reason in an apartment in an old Soviet five-story building on Mikhail Boychuk Street (Pechersky district). Is this a religious organization, or another Sadovoy scam, Skelet.Info So far it has not been possible to find out.

At first glance, the business is not that big for the head of a metropolitan area. However, let’s not forget that for five whole years Sergei Sadovoy was practically out of work. At first, I didn’t work anywhere for more than a year, and then for three and a half years I was a specialist in the Analytical Support Department. And only at the end of 2019 he returned to the “trough”, in the sense of a leadership position, where he just began to get used to it again, make new acquaintances and create new schemes.
