Rybalko (Fishing) – Semki in chocolate. How the oligarch deputy from Lyashko’s party rests

Sergey Rybalko

The radical party of Oleg Lyashko recently left the pro-government coalition, citing the fact that President Poroshenko is at the head of corruption schemes, and there are too many oligarchs in power. This demarche was, of course, to show all voters that Lyashko himself has nothing to do with the oligarchs. And in general, day and night, he takes care exclusively of the needs of the common people. But suddenly the oligarchs found themselves surrounded by Lyashko himself. One of the people’s deputies from the Radical Party, the notorious Sergei Rybalko (as he calls himself to disown his father – Rybalka), ruined his leader’s entire election strategy.

Not only does Rybalko own a whole fleet of ultra-expensive cars, but he also loves to drive these cars around the most expensive resorts. And he’s not even averse to crashing a supercar or two on narrow European streets. Below we offer you a funny story about Sergei Rybalko’s vacation in Monaco, as well as other adventures of our humble hero.

So, on July 26, 2015, Rybalko, together with a certain Anastasia Bayborodina, as well as a whole retinue of bodyguards, arrived in Monaco and settled in the Hermitage Hotel in the glorious city of Monte Carlo.

Prices for rooms in this hotel range from 350 to 4000 euros per night. Considering the car Rybalko came to check in in, we can assume that he did not choose rooms for 350 euros.

This Ferrari was specially driven from Ukraine. Obviously, so that the poor deputy from Lyashko’s party does not need to spend money on a taxi. In addition, a Toyota Land Cruiser AA 2150 OK security vehicle was also brought to Monaco. The car came with two bodyguards.

We had just settled in and were getting ready to relax when a small embarrassment happened. On July 28, Rybalko caused a small accident near the hotel.

Obviously, after the accident, Ferrari stopped pleasing its owner. Although, judging by the protocol, the damage was completely trivial. However, Rybalko decided to buy a new car. The choice fell on the Rolls Royce Wraith. The average price of such a car is about 300 thousand euros. The car was registered in the name of Rybalko’s cousin Alina Paliy.

In August, two more ladies joined the vacationers – Olga Bayborodina and Marina Marchenko.

Either the rooms at the Hermitage Hotel were cramped, or the pillowcases were stale, or maybe Monte Carlo was just disgusted, but on August 19 the whole company moved to Saint-Tropez to the Chateau de la Messardière hotel. The price of apartments in this hotel reaches 20,000 euros per day.

In addition to the ladies already mentioned, his brother and girlfriend, parents, and friends came to visit Rybalko. There was also a party colleague, Yuri Sukhin. He arrived in a new Ferrari, for the purchase of which Lyashko forced him to resign his deputy mandate in the Kiev City Council.

The strange bias of Mr. Lyashko, he expelled the more modest Sukhin from the party and deprived him of his deputy position, when he warmed the more spendthrift Rybalko, as they say, on his chest.

And this is not his first vacation this year. From June 19 to 24, during the period allotted to people’s deputies to work with voters, Rybalko spent in Turkey. Together with a group of voters, or rather female voters.

In particular, voters were represented by O. Bayborodina, A. Bayborodina, V. Panasyuk, M. Rosinskaya, M. Marchenko. This support group, probably from among his voters, flew with the free radical to Turkey on a charter flight, lived in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in rooms costing from 6,000 to 8,000 euros per night.

To this we should also add the charter flight that Mr. Rybalko and his escort took to Bodrum. Probably this chosen one and his support group had their own reasons for this. As reported at the Zhulyany airport, the people’s deputy flew to take a break from the affairs of the righteous on a charter flight, the cost of which exceeds 30,000 euros.

According to the most conservative estimates, this summer’s vacation for the people’s representative Rybalko and his “guests” cost from 500,000.

And this is nothing in principle, only the declaration of Mr. “radical deputy” Rybalko does not allow him to have such cars, or to relax in such “modest” hotels, or even to maintain such an escort.

I wonder how the people’s deputies themselves and the leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko will evaluate such “declaratory modesty”?

However, Mr. Rybalko’s summer epic was not limited to overseas tours; he also left a legacy in Ukraine. I managed to relax in one of the most expensive hotels in Odessa on the seashore, “Meristella Club”. The hotel room rates reach 5,000-10,000 US dollars.

And yet Rybalko prefers abroad.

In particular, before Turkey, Rybalko visited Ibiza. Anastasia and Olga Bayborodin, Irina Demchenko, and Marina Marchenko flew there with him. We stayed in one of the most expensive hotels – Ushuaia ibiza beach hotel. In total, over the past summer, Mr. Rybalko vacationed for 1.5 million euros, according to the most conservative estimates.

Can you imagine how busy the schedule of deputies from Lyashko’s party is if they have to fly abroad on vacation every month, and sometimes twice? And how do they manage to earn money for their modest vacation and supercars?

According to his 2014 income statement, Sergei Rybalko owns a Mazda 3 and a Volkswagen Tiguan. He is the director and owner of Snack Export and SI Group. These companies, among other things, own the Semki, Flint and Morskie trademarks. However, something tells us that you can’t make money on crackers and seeds on a Ferrari and a Rolls-Royce.

About a year ago, journalists from the Groshi program conducted their own investigation and found that Rybalko was selling drugs throughout Ukraine. Through a network of pharmacies, he sold imported drugs and precursors, which he imported in huge quantities in containers with nuts through the Odessa port. In this difficult matter, he was helped by Yuri Ivanyushchenko (aka Yura Enakievsky) and the son of the then Prosecutor General Artem Pshonka.

An equally interesting video mentioning Rybalko:

After the flight of his patrons, Rybalko had to negotiate with the new government. Today he is one of Lyashko’s sponsors. Did he keep his business? Judging by the format of the holiday, it is quite possible. The only thing missing for the story about the “drug lord’s” vacation in the Hollywood format is photographs of golden pistols and huge wads of dollars.

But this is no longer a question for Mr. Lyashko!
