True, Ruben Tsolakovich built his temple – in 2013, with the help of funds raised by his Rutsog-Invest holding, a temple complex was erected, the residence of the Exarch of the Novo-Nakhichevan and Russian Dioceses of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Moscow. At least, that’s what Grigoryan claims.

Another common feature of Serezha from the mentioned film and Ruben Grigoryan is an irrepressible craving for wealth and show-off. What confirms at least the name of Grigoryan’s holding: “Rutsog” is “Ruben Tsolakovich Grigoryan”.

In fairness, we note that Grigoryan realizes this craving, however, not in such a bloody way as the hero “Zhmurok”. He’s more refined and smart for that – as far as he can, of course. Because scams are both safer and more profitable than the stupid shooting of Serezha and Simon.

For those who are familiar with the realities of the USSR, there is no need to explain: instead of prison, Ruben Tsolakovich was given the opportunity to quietly collect things and sit out away from the eyes of the relevant authorities and temptations.
In SPTU, of course, there were also opportunities, but not at all the same as in the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany. And so he would have served until retirement in his vocational school, if not for the collapse of the Union. Before the USSR had time to rest in the bose, Ruben Tsolakovich emerges already in the incarnation that we know even now – the founder and president of the Rutsog-Invest construction and investment holding.

Allegedly emerges, we will specify. Because Rutsog-Invest, contrary to Grigoryan’s assertions, was founded in 2002. And in 1990, Grigoryan’s business was called the commercial firm “Fakel” and was by no means engaged in construction, but, like almost all small businesses of that time, a banal purchase where it was cheaper and selling where it was more expensive. Everything that comes to hand – there was such a time.

In this field, Ruben Tsolakovich got along with representatives of crime, for which there is no need to condemn him especially – it was such a time! Those who did not want to cooperate with the bandits were found at best in hospitals. Moreover, in 1993, Ruben was found in the garage with a shot in the leg and in handcuffs. So you can understand Grigoryan. As well as the fact that he preferred to remain silent about his offenders, and from the directors of Fakel he retrained as a sausage dealer in one of the many stalls of the then Moscow.

And Rutsog-Invest LLC, which Ruben Tsolakovich proudly calls a “construction holding”, appeared only in 2002, when a construction boom began in Moscow and a number of rich and influential businessmen were looking for a person capable of doing all the organizational work for the construction of residential buildings and retail stores. centers (the same foreman, but with greater powers).

It was here that one of the fellow countrymen suggested Grigoryan’s candidacy. It is clear that all the main work – to resolve issues with Moscow and federal officials, to look for sources of funding, was undertaken by the true owners of the business: at that time, Ruben simply did not have the necessary connections and money. So, in fact, Grigoryan found himself in the construction market. However, he has never been an independent player, more influential figures have always been seen behind his back.

But at the same time, the holding is a limited liability company with an authorized capital of 10,000 rubles. Perhaps, Ruben Tsolakovich began to call this LLC a “holding” because in all of the above structures he is either the head or the founder?

But, you must admit that all this does not climb into any gates. Especially the amount of work carried out by Grigoryan’s structures in Moscow.

Perhaps the secret of the success of Rutsog-Invest LLC is that its co-owner through a chain of offshore companies, including ALIQUIPPA limited and the Cypriot Vinette trading), is a person with extremely extensive connections – Vice President of the Association of Russian Businessmen in Cyprus Valery Gusev? Does Ruben Tsolakovich play the same role as at the dawn of his commercial activities at Fakel?

True, times have changed, and Grigoryan himself could not but acquire connections along the way. And money, respectively. Of course, not like he tries to show everyone, but it was enough for the construction of the church. Moreover, in fact, Grigoryan allocated only part of the funds, although he speaks about this in passing, trying to make it clear that in fact he personally allocated all the money.

But, although this is not very beautiful, compared to the rest of his sins, it looks like a mere trifle.
