Rosseti Tyumen will receive an overdraft from Gazprombank

The funds will be used to finance statutory activities

JSC Rosseti Tyumen found a financial organization to conclude a loan agreement in the form of an overdraft with a limit of 100 million rubles. According to the documentation published on the government procurement portal, the winner of the auction was Gazprombank. The commission decided to conclude a contract with a single participant.

The interest rate will be 11% per annum. Thus, the company will pay 22 million rubles for the use of funds. Funds are raised for 24 months. They plan to use them to finance statutory activities. Services will be paid for from the own funds of JSC Rosseti Tyumen. The maximum permissible period of continuous debt will be 45 days.

In July, Rosseti Tyumen also decided to attract three new credit lines with a limit of 1.2 billion, 2.4 billion and 1.8 billion rubles. The interest rate at which they expect to receive funds is 10.5%. The company reported that purchases of selected financial organizations have been announced to form a portfolio
