He bred into “blocks” in Telegram both his own and others’
The Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region arrested the ex-deputy director of the information and advertising department of Rosneft Oil Company for two months Alexandra Terentyeva.
Terentiev, along with other defendants, is accused of extorting more than 1 million rubles from the vice-governor of the region Evgenia Khromushina for non-dissemination in the telegram channel of information discrediting his business reputation, Kommersant reported the day before.

According to preliminary data, the VChK-OGPU telegram channel writes, Terentyev organized negative publications against Rosneft itself, and then asked the management for funds to block materials and remove them.
The criminal case against Terentyev was initiated on April 25 of this year. According to the investigation, “in the period from 2021 to 2023, unidentified persons, acting … by prior agreement … using the information resource – the Derzhimorda telegram channel, put forward Khromushin E.A. 000 rubles, that is, in a particularly large amount.
They demanded money from the official “for non-dissemination of information discrediting the honor, dignity or undermining the reputation” of the victim and his relatives.
Vildan Yambushev was the first to be arrested in this case at the end of April. Several more people followed him. At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the arrest of a group of extortionists – administrators of anonymous Telegram channels.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a network of TV channels was specially created under the brand name of covering the socio-political situation in a number of large regions of Russia. Administrator accounts were registered on SIM cards of mobile operators in Ukraine, Montenegro, Slovenia and Spain. TK posted a negative about the leaders of the regions, for the blocking of which they were offered to pay.

In mid-May, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on the capture of members of the criminal community who created network of anonymous telegram channels and extorted money from various entrepreneurs, as well as officials, for a block on the negative.
According to Baza, among the detainees were certain Anton Perov, Roman Marinets and Vildan Yambushev, and among their channels was the Derzhimorda channel (a channel near Moscow that very often wrote about Andrei Vorobyov). The men were detained, the investigators studied their correspondence. So they came to Alexander Terentyev. The Rosneft employee had extensive experience in the advertising market and, among other things, collaborated with the detainees: he negotiated publications, advertising and blocks. Now Terentiev is a defendant in a criminal case of extortion.
According to Baza’s sources, Evgeny Khromushin, Vice Governor of the Moscow Region, wrote a statement about extortion against the administrator of the Derzhimorda channel. Investigators found out that Roman Marinets was the administrator of the channel, launched an investigation and found his accomplices. And then, through correspondence, and on Terentyev.
According to the source, when the vice president of Rosneft Mikhail Leontiev learned about the criminal case, he met with Khromushin and asked to withdraw the extortion statement. However, the matter was still under way.
37 extortion telegram channels
The police detained the creators of a network of anonymous Telegram channels. The suspects are accused of extortion under the threat of posting compromising evidence. This was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk.
According to an RBC source, among the detainees are three administrators of the Derzhimorda telegram channel (almost 9.5 thousand subscribers). According to Baza, without reference to official sources, the network included 37 telegram channels, one of which operates in Novosibirsk under the name “Novosibirsk ulcer”. Other regional channels of the network are also included in this list: Baltic Pathfinder, Khanty and Mansi, Secrets of Taimyr, Lyapkin Tyapkin, Volga Volga, Steelworker’s Notes and others.
In total, three people were detained: the digital director of a PR agency, the deputy head of a department of a federal state unitary enterprise, and a journalist. They were charged with extortion (part 3 of article 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
