The Krasnoyarsk mayor, having barely served a two-month term in his post, was grossly disgraced. Vladislav Loginov accused of repairing the road right to the gate of his cottage at the expense of budgetary funds. Former official of the administration of Krasnoyarsk Alexey Aksyutenko said in his Telegram that in the Slavyansky microdistrict, both the road and the water supply were made at the expense of the budget.
On the issue of the life support of this microdistrict, separate meetings were held in the mayor’s office. Slavyansky is notable for the fact that Vladislav Loginov lives here. The road was paved right up to the gate of his house. They also installed plumbing. The total cost was about 30 million rubles.
“There are two microdistricts in the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk with very similar problems. Large families live in one and for years they have been trying to solve everyday problems with water supply and roads. In order to create minimal comfort for themselves, people turned to journalists, to the presidential administration, and even received a court decision. But there were no roads and no water. They make roads at their own expense, they are ready to pay for water supply, but KrasKom does not agree. The cost of works is more than 6 million rubles.

In a commentary for NGS, city administration officials explained that they decided to start repairing the access road and water supply network in the microdistrict after “numerous appeals from residents” that they wrote to the federal, regional and city authorities, as well as to several deputies of the regional Legislative Assembly.
Meanwhile, the “thieves” road interested not just anyone, but the prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Roman Tyutyunik – he promised to check the head of the city for the use of his official position.
This is the second public incident related to Loginov in the last couple of days. The day before, the same Aleksey Aksyutenko said that on December 2, Loginov went on vacation, and the next day he got into an accident in a company car on Mira Avenue – which suggests that the mayor allows himself use official transport during vacation. In an accident, the mayor got into a luxury watch boutique, which leads to another thought, but this is already guesswork.
Bad start for mayorship. But there is still no notorious “100 days of government”. I remember that Mr. Loginov was appointed to the post as an uncomplaining and unremarkable conductor of the will of the Gray House. So far, Vladislav Anatolyevich stands out very much.
