According to Yulia Panova, trying to kill the law enforcers, the defendant stabbed them in the head and chest with a blade. One of the police officers wounded the attacker with a service weapon.
The health of one of the victims, according to the conclusion of the doctors, suffered serious harm, the health of the other – of moderate severity. Both employees and the defendant were taken to the hospital. The fire in the police department was extinguished by other employees. According to the public prosecutor, at the moment the victims are healthy. The total value of property damaged in the police department amounted to 6.3 thousand rubles.
In court, Rustam Mammadov said that he lives in Izhevsk, is single, has no children. Has a secondary vocational education. Worked on a rotational basis as a road worker in a diversified construction organization in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. Previously, he was not prosecuted. “I plead guilty to committing these actual actions. But I think that my actions are qualified incorrectly and deliberately overestimated,” Mr. Mammadov said. commensurate with the gravity of the crime committed.
