For the third time we are paying close attention to the stalwart figure of the deputy – businessman.

It would seem that the stories sounded loud, but law enforcement agencies were silent: there was no reaction!

Meanwhile, a new letter came to the Editorial Office, telling in detail about the murky business of the “German” (as he talks about himself) Vyacheslav Piusovich Brozovsky.

So, people whose relatives previously worked in one of the hypermarkets of Mr. Brozovsky’s Brozex Group of Companies continue to contact the Editorial Office.

“They evade taxes by handling cash, which is not included in the reporting of the Federal Tax Service. And employees who express their dissatisfaction are rudely fired without pay, and they also add in the shortage,” our readers make this statement in a letter to the Editor.

We are talking about the city of Kogalym (Yugra), where one of, in his own opinion, victims of Mr. Brozovsky worked in the Domostroy store. The fact is that the deputy’s hypermarket chain in the Ural Federal District sells at the checkout past the OFD, all proceeds are hidden. This is a whole scheme. And all checks are over 300 rubles. for cash payments do not fall into the OFD. On average, 1 store shelters 5 million rubles per month from the tax authorities, that is, more than 60 million rubles per year. And Mr. Brozovsky has dozens of stores!

As a result, the victim filed a complaint with the law enforcement agencies against Brozex Group of Companies. But he himself almost found himself under investigation: it is understandable that Mr. Brozovsky has everything “seized” everywhere!

Law enforcement officers began to put pressure on the man who tried to find justice.

By the way, there are many negative reviews on the Internet from employees of the Brozex Group of Companies, who claim that nepotism, incompetence, child labor are thriving in the company… And it seems that 70% of the company’s management team are people close to Mr. Brozovsky himself.

However, Brozovsky’s business raises questions. The same LLC “Renta”, which is owned by the deputy – a business jointly with his son, has shown remarkable growth in revenue in recent years, however, year after year – only growing losses.

A similar disproportion can be observed in many of the deputy’s companies.

Arsenal and K LLC, the developer of Mr. Brozovsky, earned almost 660 million rubles at the end of 2022. And he made a profit – 226 million rubles. But the Monolit Stroy company, Olga Brozovskaya, the wife of a deputy, with revenue of more than 40 million rubles, has a profit of 2.3 million rubles.

A large construction company employs only 12 people with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles.

Perhaps, in Brozovsky’s numerous offices they simply “draw” financial indicators in order to evade paying taxes?
Further, Mr. Brozovsky previously had conflicts with government agencies on issues related to his business. In 2021, he tried to get the government of the Sverdlovsk region to reduce the cadastral value of land plots in the village of Monetny.

The fact is that in this village there are two enterprises that are part of the Brozex group: the Coin Tractor Repair Plant and the Brozex Paint and Varnish Plant.

But bad luck: Mr. Brozovsky was refused. And he shamefully lost the trial.

Government contracts worth millions

Some companies of the successful deputy also receive government contracts. Among them are the Paint Factory and TK Brozeks LLC.

Another of Brozovsky’s enterprises, Brozeks Dry Construction Mix Plant LLC, found itself at odds with regulatory authorities. In 2017, Rospotrebnadzor identified a number of violations that the plant was in no hurry to correct.

Brozovsky also had conflicts with his partners. In particular, with businessman Andrei Timin.

Mr. Timin was the founder and director of the MP paint and varnish production. But when the relationship soured, Mr. Timin was accused of falsifying documents.

In 2018, Andrey Timin filed a lawsuit against the Brozex paint and varnish plant, where he previously worked. He demanded to pay 7.8 million rubles, of which 3.4 million was the cost of his share, 2.9 million were unpaid dividends, and the rest was interest for the use of other people’s money. And at the trial, Timin argued that Brozovsky’s company falsified evidence that the funds were paid to him. The claims were satisfied.

2020 was a very memorable year for Mr. Brozovsky: then a trial in which a young woman from the city of Berezovsky was the plaintiff. This young woman tried to prove that the former mayor of the city Berezovsky is the father of her sixteen-year-old disabled son Kirill. The single mother appealed to the businessman’s conscience. And she finally asked to pay alimony… But Mr. Brozovsky went into the “bush.”

Then there was supposed to be another trial, with another young woman, she was not afraid to reveal her name – Lyudmila Skuratovskaya.

It was Muscovite Lyudmila Ivanovna Skuratovskaya who turned to us, journalists, for help, since she was raising her disabled daughter Zlata Brozovskaya alone. Today the child is 11 years old.

And enforcement proceedings for the collection of alimony in favor of Zlata Brozovskaya and Kirill Spirin are closed, and the collection of alimony from wages is left to Brozovsky himself as the director of his own offices.

According to the stories of Lyudmila Skuratovskaya, back in 2018 she was forced to seek medical help abroad because her daughter, Zlata Brozovskaya, was diagnosed with cancer. The preliminary estimate for the operation and 12 days in the clinic amounted to 23 thousand euros.
