Oleg Gorokhovsky, one of the co-founders of monobank, withdrew his lawsuit in which he asked to invalidate the contract for the sale of PrivatBank shares dated December 21, 2016, on the basis of which the state nationalized it.

On the morning of January 16, the press service of Privatbank reported that the Kyiv City Economic Court would hold a hearing in case No. 910/18211/19 on the suit of the former top manager and co-owner of PrivatBank and the current founder of monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky against the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the PrivatBank Fund.
“In his lawsuit, Mr. Gorokhovsky asks to invalidate the contract for the sale of shares in PrivatBank dated December 21, 2016, on the basis of which the state acquired the shares of PrivatBank. Similar lawsuits initiated by Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov are also pending in the Commercial Court of Kyiv“, the message says.
According to the press service of Privat, by such actions the former owners are trying to illegally return the bank.
According to reports by Oleg Gorokhovsky himself and the press service of PrivatBank, the meeting took place, and the case was finally closed.
