In the Saratov pre-trial detention center, several prisoners intentionally cut themselves.
RBC was told about this in the press service of the Federal Penitentiary Service (UFSIN) in the region.
They clarified that the prisoners in a “demonstrative blackmail form” injured themselves by refusing to comply with the requirements of the institution’s employees. The condition of the prisoners is assessed as satisfactory.
All those who have injured themselves are charged or convicted under the articles of murder, robbery, robbery and intentional infliction of bodily harm.
