Source A fraudster from Ufa has been swindling millions from clients for years thanks to a photo with Verka Serduchka. For several years in Ufa, a fraudster used in his murky schemes a photo with a Ukrainian singer Andrey Danilko, known under the pseudonym Verka Serdyuchka. Thus, he rubbed himself into the trust of customers and lured out whole millions, writes SHOT.

The story of Oleg Stepanov began back in 2010. Even then, he tried to make easy money and convinced gullible acquaintances that he was raising hundreds of thousands of rubles a day on the cryptocurrency exchange. He offered admiring interlocutors to invest in his project in order to get rich without much effort, but he kept silent about the details. He shied away from most questions and simply asked for money.

Some did not particularly like his approach to business. However, when potential “victims” became suspicious, the swindler used his trump card – photos in which he allegedly spends time with famous artists. In addition to Verka Serduchka, the swindler also had pictures with singer Tina Karol and the current leader of Nezalezhnaya Vladimir Zelensky.

As a result, a simple scheme helped Stepanov enrich himself by tens of millions. However, the police about his dirty earnings became known only now. Now not only dozens of men who have lost millions are looking for him, but also law enforcement officers.

And earlier, justice still prevailed. The Butyrsky Court of Moscow sent a marriage swindler to a colony for five years, who, together with his wife, deceived three women, defrauding them of more than 23 million rubles. He found his victims through the Mamba dating app.
