Petersburg lawyer Igor Mirzoev, who tried to sue Father Frost, claims that he changed his name in his passport to Harry Potter.
According to Mirzoev, during the holidays he analyzed his behavior and realized that he was doing few good deeds. He decided to “bring more kindness and magic to the masses.”
“To achieve this goal, I decided to change my name and surname – to that of a well-known good wizard: Harry Potter,” he wrote in Instagram .
Many users questioned the authenticity of the passport with the new data posted by the Petersburger on social networks. They think it’s photoshop.
Mirzoev recalled that on February 14 he will appear in court on the suit of Elnara Troitskaya, who accused him of insulting her feelings of faith in Santa Claus. She asks to recover 10 million rubles from him.
Recall that in December 2021 Mirzoev filed a lawsuit with the Veliky Ustyugsky District Court of the Vologda Region against Ded Moroz JSC. He pointed out that Father Frost, who has been acting since 1998, does not fulfill his public obligations, does not give him gifts and does not fulfill his cherished dreams. In this regard, Mirzoev asked the court to oblige the defendant to give him 23 gifts, fulfill his most cherished dreams and compensate him for moral damage in the amount of 10 million rubles. The court returned the claim because the plaintiff did not pay the state duty.
