GABRELIANOV Ashot Aramovich (b. 1989 in Ulyanovsk) entered the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University in 2005.

GABRELIANOV Aram Ashotovich (b. 1961) is a Russian media manager close to the Kremlin. Born in into an Armenian family in Derbent, Dagestan, he started his journalism career in 1985. In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, got a job in a Ulyanovsk newspaper and became its chief editor in 1990.

FADEEV Valery Alexandrovich (b.1960) is a Russian propagandist heading the Presidential Council for Human Rights. Born in Tashkent, he graduated from the faculty of management and applied mathematics of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1983.

ERNST Konstantin Lvovich (b. 1961) graduated from the faculty of zoo engineering at the Moscow Agricultural Academy in 1983, while his father was the vice-president of the academy. He worked at the research institute, where he was the secretary of the Komsomol branch. He soon got a job at Videofilm Cooperative, where he shot the documentary Radio Silence about the musician Boris Grebenshchikov

DOBRODEEV Oleg Borisovich (b. 1959 in Moscow) is a Russian media manager, CEO of the government-owned All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company (VGTRK). Member of the Presidential Council on Culture and Art. Member of the Public Council at the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

CHALENKO Alexander (b. 1968 in Donetsk) graduated from the philosophical faculty of Kyiv National University in 1992.

DELYAGIN Mikhail Gennadyevich (b. 1968 in Moscow) graduated from the Moscow State University with a major in economics in 1992. In 1990–1993, he was an analyst at the group of experts of the President of Russia Boris Yeltsin.

Maria Butina was born on November 10, 1988, in Barnaul. She showed quite an early interest in getting involved in politics.
