PIMANOV Alexey Viktorovich (b. 1962) is a director, producer, screenwriter, journalist, TV presenter, and politician. President of the Managing Organization “Creative Association Red Star” since October 2013. Since 1997, he has been the host of the TV program Man and the Law on ORT and Channel One.

GRAHAM Phillips (b. 1979) is a British blogger, an employee of the Russian propaganda TV channels. Born in Nottingham, he graduated from the University of Dundee. Until 2010, he was a clerk at the Central Information Bureau in London

OSTASHKO Ruslan (b. 1979 in Donetsk) grew up in Ukrainian Sevastopol and moved to Moscow in 1996. In 2003, he graduated from the Moscow Border Institute of the FSB with a degree in law. Since 2005, he has been heading the OST Media company, which initially created websites, did advertising on the Internet, and organized celebrations.

NORKIN Andrey Vladimirovich (b. 1968) is the presenter of the Mesto Vstrechi (Meeting Place) program on the NTV channel.

MIGRANYAN Andranik Movsesovisch (b. 1949 in Yerevan) graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR in 1972 and the graduate school of the Institute of the International Labor Movement of the USSR in 1975 majoring in American Studies.

MERCURY Ilias (b. 1972 in Tashkent) was born in a Greek-Russian-Vietnamese family. His father fled from the Greek military junta but did not stay long in his new homeland, and already in 1973, the family returned to Greece. In September 1991, Ilias Mercury, barely fluent in Russian, returned to Russia, enrolling at Moscow State Medical and Dental University.

MEDINSKY Vladimir Rostislavovich (b. 1970) is a controversial Russian Minister of Culture. Born in Ukraine into a Soviet officer’s family he spent his childhood in military garrisons. In 1987, he entered MGIMO’s Faculty of International Journalism, where he was a member of the Komsomol organization and joined the Communist party.

MARKOV Sergei Alexandrovich (b. 1958 in Dubna) is a Russian propagandist, political scientist, director-general of the Institute for Political Studies, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, member of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, confidant of Vladimir Putin as a candidate for President of the Russian Federation.

MAMONTOV Arkady Viktorovich (b. 1962 in Leningrad) is a Russian propagandist, TV host, author of documentaries, head of “The author’s program of Arkady Mamontov” studio on the Rossiya-1 TV channel since 2000. He graduated from the philological faculty of Moscow State University in 1988.

MALOFEEV Konstantin Valeryevich (b.1974) is a Russian tycoon known as a sponsor of several pro-Kremlin Orthodox and ultra-conservative projects. Born near Moscow, in 1996 he graduated from Moscow State University with a major in law. He started his career as a lawyer in the investment bank Renaissance Capital and later became the head of the Corporate Finance Department at MDM Bank.
