In Perm, the security forces were unable to arrange a homeless man without legs in a shelter, as there were no places there, and forced him to leave the police department on his own. A video with a person with a disability appeared in the Overheard Zakamsk group; in the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, the information was confirmed to Rise.

A public reader on VKontakte said that on February 17 he met a man without legs on the street, who was crawling through the snow. A person with a disability said that he was getting to his place of residence from the Kirov district police department of Perm and had already crawled two kilometers. In addition, according to him, the Ministry of Internal Affairs refused to send him to the hospital, as “everyone is busy.”

As the press service of the Podyem department specified, a man without legs, born in Kazan, was taken to the police hotel by passers-by on February 16. The security forces tried to place him in the Center for Social Adaptation and an orphanage, but there were no free places. Doctors did not see a reason for hospitalization. In this regard, a person with a disability had to leave the department on their own.

Today, the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to report on the results of the check and the circumstances of the incident.
