The media report that the State Bureau of Investigation has already begun criminal proceedings on the fact of the theft of land.

The solar farm of Fursy Energy Group LLC, according to the registers, belongs to a citizen of Saudi Arabia. He allegedly invested tens of millions of euros in the project, and later the company received a license and started generating electricity by purchasing land plots in the Belotserkovsky district.
The company operates and pays taxes: “green” energy is taxed at a special rate – part of the costs is covered by the state.

However, a land scandal erupted around the solar farm. As it became known, several private companies that are part of the financial group of the Batkivshchyna MP Vadim Ivchenko are registered in Bila Tserkva, but operate on the territory of the Fursovskaya TG. And on the territory where the solar panels are located, ordinary horticultural societies are registered.
Thus, the functioning of the energy facility here is contrary to the current legislation – we can talk about embezzlement of the state budget on an especially large scale.
A team of journalists went to Fursy and talked to local activist Gennady Prishchepchuk. According to him, about 130 hectares of land of the Ministry of Defense were actually squandered among private individuals. To verify this information, media workers sent a request to the Ministry of Defense with a request to provide information about the transfer of plots to private hands. But the answer was frankly surprising: the owner of the defense lands is the state represented by the Kyiv Regional State Administration, and the land user is the KEV Bila Tserkva. At present, KEV is conducting an inventory of the plots.
Ivchenko himself refutes all reproaches: according to him, there is no criminal case regarding the land scam, moreover, he allegedly has nothing to do with the solar farm.
