The Ministry of Internal Affairs has put a businessman from Sochi on the wanted list Ruben Tatulyan under a criminal article, it follows from the card in the department’s database.
It states that the wanted person can use a diplomatic passport received in Abkhazia in 2020. It is not specified under what specific article the businessman is wanted.
In early September Izvestia reportedthat Ruben Tatulyan’s house on the ninth floor of the Office Plaza shopping center in Sochi was searched. According to the publication, Tatulyan was then in the status of a witness in a case of fraud in the construction of shopping centers and residential complexes in Sochi, as well as in a murder case. “Channel Five” citing a source, reported that the businessman is supposedly in Armenia.

In 2014 Forbes included Tatulyan to the list of the largest investors in hotel real estate in Sochi. At that time, he was an assistant to State Duma deputy Alexander Karelin and president of the Sochi Wrestling Federation.
