It was checked whether the mayor’s office complied with the legislation on countering corruption: whether information on income and expenses, property and property obligations of municipal employees, as well as members of their families, is reliably reflected. Naturally, they discovered a bunch of violations and inconsistencies, but last year it was the same and it didn’t teach anyone anything. In Novosibirsk they just like to step on the same rake.
