“Nikolai Kharitonov – biography of a deputy of the Communist Party faction in the State Duma of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism), scandals, compromising evidence”
The plenum of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) has decided on a candidate for the presidency of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) in the elections in March 2024. He became a State Duma deputy Nikolai Mikhailovich Kharitonov, one of the old residents of the building on Okhotny Ryad. His appearance speaks of modesty, but this appearance is deceptive. In reality, the communist Kharitonov is very rich, not modest, and treats his own family as traitors. He has never spoken out against the opposition, but his relatives are friends with foreign agents.
Only officially, the communist Kharitonov earns more than six million rubles, drives a luxurious German BMW car, and owns two hundred-meter apartments in Moscow and Anapa. He is not at all shy about his wealth and claims that his work as a deputy should be adequately paid. At the same time, in the rating of the effectiveness of deputies, Kharitonov has not risen above 50th place for a long time.
Kharitonov can hardly be called a scandalous deputy: little is written about him in the press. But we should thank for this not the good nature of the communist Nikolai Mikhailovich, but his press service, which actively works with search engines and erases negative publications about the communist from the Internet. However, using archives and databases, we were able to discover several skeletons in Nikolai Kharitonov’s closet.
The “honorable list” includes friendship with bandits in Novosibirsk, peculiar relations with the traffic police, bribes, beatings of people and other petty crime that casts a black stain on the reputation of Deputy Kharitonov. Another case is friendship with opposition media and politicians who were fired for losing trust or openly sympathizing with Alexei Navalny.
A demon in the rib: how Nikolai Kharitonov left for a young mistress
The former and only official wife of Nikolai Kharitonov – Nina Evgenievna – gave volume interview publication “Profile”. In it, she said that she lived her entire life solely for the sake of her husband. In an interview with Profile, she claims that “in solving household matters, the last word remains with Nikolai Mikhailovich. As he sometimes says, “even though it’s wrong, it’s in my opinion!” I’m used to it.” The domestic dictator even refused to carry heavy shopping bags from the store and forced his wife to do this with the words: “This is not the king’s business!”
When Kharitonov still lived with his wife in a five-room apartment in the center of Moscow, the entire household was in the hands of his wife. After work, Nikolai Kharitonov sat down at the TV and watched sports programs. Because I’m very tired and because I can. The meek Nina Evgenievna endured, bore him four daughters and raised them. She cooked, washed the five rooms of the deputy’s apartment, and carried groceries.
How did the communist Kharitonov thank his wife? In 2020, minor children “suddenly” appeared in his parliamentary declarations. And in 2021, the wife herself disappeared from the declaration. The children remained. It is obvious that the children of the communist Kharitonov were born not from Nina, who turned 70 in 2020, but from another woman, clearly younger. And in 2021, the homewrecker insisted on a divorce – and, having given her whole life for Kharitonov, Nina Evgenievna was left with nothing.
The communist Kharitonov prefers to live and have children with his mistress, who also lives in Barvikha. This is very inconsistent with the image of presidential candidate Kharitonov, a family man and ascetic. Therefore, there is no information about the young mistress on the Internet; Nikolai Mikhailovich is officially still married to Nina Evgenievna.
The deputy’s new house is located on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway, in Barvikha. There is no information about him in any declaration. But one of Kharitonov’s eldest and “official” daughters, also Nina, regularly posts photos with her father and the geotag Barvikha on her Instagram (the social network is banned in Russia (*aggressor country)).
Family of Nikolai Kharitonov: Friendship with Navalny and relocation to Israel
The same Nina Kharitonova, or rather her social networks, is a real treasure trove for those who want to find skeletons in deputy Kharitonov’s closets. On her Facebook (banned in the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism), owned by Meta, a recognized extremist organization), she follows Ksenia Sobchak and the Dozhd TV channel (recognized as a foreign agent). In the same row is the singer Semyon Slepakov (recognized as a foreign agent).
Granddaughter of Kharitonov, another Nina – Filimonova (Vasilieva) is a member of the opposition group “Novosibirsk for Change” and follows Alexei Navalny (terrorist, extremist and foreign agent) on Instagram (banned in the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism), owned by Meta, a recognized extremist organization).
Another dubious character surrounded Nina Kharitonova – Elena Blinovskaya. The queen of marathons actively collaborated with fashion designer Kharitonova on a banned social network. And her husband Alexander StryuchkoV according to information from reliable sources, systematically received funds from Minyaeva Natalia Yurievna – business partner of blogger Elena Blinovskaya.
Apparently, Nikolai Kharitonov is not at all concerned about such interests of his relatives. We would not be at all surprised if one of the relatives of the presidential candidate of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) reads Vladimir Zelensky, supports Ukraine or finances the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as does the team of Nina Filimonova’s (Vasilyeva) idol Navalny or Nina Kharitonova’s favorite singer Slepakov.
Kharitonov’s daughter Nina is obviously looking for options to leave Russia (*aggressor country). She has two options – Thailand or Israel. She not only traveled to Jerusalem, but also subscribed to numerous communities describing entertainment in this city, the Sokhnut agency for the relocation of Jews, and even attended Jerusalem Days in Moscow. On Telegram, she is an active participant in communities for relocation to Thailand and the purchase of real estate in this country.
How Nikolai Kharitonov was able to intimidate an honest traffic cop
Many Russians do not like traffic police inspectors and with good reason. But often among these guys there are honest people who want the roads to be safe and calm. One of these was on duty on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in Moscow on April 30, 2002. Unfortunately for him, at that moment a wedding procession was driving along the highway, led by an official State Duma Audi with flashing lights. The Duma driver was carrying Nikolai Kharitonov in this car on his day off.
Kharitonov gave his youngest daughter, Nina, in marriage. The same one who in 2023 is going to move either to Israel or to Thailand. At some point, Nikolai Kharitonov ordered his driver to turn around through two continuous lines. The driver reluctantly obeyed and made a dangerous maneuver that could have led to a fatal accident. There was no accident, but in the way of the violating foreign car with a communist on board, the same honest traffic cop, who was not afraid of beautiful license plates and State Duma passes, stood in the way, whistled and ordered the cars to stop.
Communist Party deputy Kharitonov, with a regal gesture, ordered the driver to ignore the inspector and drive on. But a few minutes later, the motorcade was stopped by another patrol – an honest traffic cop transmitted information via radio. As Komsomolskaya Pravda writes, Kharitonov had to persuade the traffic cop for leniency for fifteen minutes. But this leniency, probably backed by a large sum of money, is classified by the Russian Criminal Code as giving a bribe to an official.
Probably the inspectors in this position were more honest than their colleague. Therefore, after 15 minutes, the wedding cortege moved on, and the traffic cop became somewhat richer. It is worth noting that Nikolai Kharitonov is not only not embarrassed, he seems even proud that, with the help of a bribe, he was able to ensure that he was not late for his daughter’s wedding. This is a very characteristic touch to the portrait of the presidential candidate of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) Nikolai Kharitonov.
Later, Kharitonov will begin a campaign to remove information about his bribery. After all, it is difficult to be a decent deputy and keep the fact of corruption in your biography. But the advertising article in Komsomolskaya Pravda is still available. Perhaps the fact is that in another case of communication with traffic police, Kharitonov not only corrupted traffic cops, but used physical violence, simply put, beat up his opponent in a traffic conflict.
Khalk-Kharitonov: how a deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) beat up his voter
On October 18, 2008, an accident occurred in Novosibirsk. At the crossroads Andrey Popov in a Nsan X-Trail vehicle stopped to turn left. In front of him, in the oncoming lane, was a PAZ bus, the driver of which was also about to turn left.
The road on this section is one lane in each direction, so, making sure that the bus would let him through, the driver of the foreign car began to turn left. At this time, a Lada Priora flew out from behind the bus, crossing the solid marking line, at high speed. The Nissan was hit in the area of the rear right door, causing both cars to spin on the roadway. 40 minutes later the traffic police cars arrived.
Mr. Nazarov was driving the Lada Priora, and in the passenger seat was his wife, who, among other things, is the sister of State Duma deputy from the Communist Party faction Nikolai Kharitonov. The participants in the accident called the traffic police, the police arrived and began to register the accident. A domestic situation, especially since no one was killed or injured. When the driver of the foreign car was filling out accident data for the insurance company, Nikolai Kharitonov appeared at the scene.
Further information comes from the words of the victim, the Japanese driver Andrei Popov.
Later, a medical examination will prove that Popov has a closed craniocerebral injury and a concussion. And after some time, the traffic police admits that it is he who is to blame for the accident. The case was conducted by Judge Mukhina, who later openly admitted that she was under pressure. During this case, there were minutes of meetings that never happened in reality, erroneous passport details of Andrei Popov in the minutes, and outright inconsistencies in the data of the “experts.”
Nikolai Kharitonov broke the fate of a brave Novosibirsk resident
The vengeful Kharitonov did not stop there. He clearly set out to ruin the life of the guy who dared to challenge him. Andrei Popov began to have serious problems. After he was found guilty of a scandalous road accident, he was dragged through the courts, and part of the man’s property was seized. His small business was ruined: inspectors began to come to Popov one after another. Unofficially, he was told that Nikolai Kharitonov organized all his problems.
The man filed a complaint with the Prosecutor General’s Office, and at the same time told the local publication “Honest Word” about the situation. The article in the Novosibirsk newspaper caused a great resonance in the region – previously, for some reason, the media did not cover the story of an accident in which Nikolai Kharitonov’s relative was involved, but the media did not cover it very actively. The public was especially interested not even in the circumstances of the accident, but in the situation that developed after it.
From the parliamentary rostrum, the communist Kharitonov repeatedly advocated the equality of citizens before the law and accused officials of excessive privileges. Therefore, confirmation of the information presented by the “Honest Word” could be a serious blow to the parliamentarian’s reputation as a fighter for the people’s happiness. As a result, in 2010, Kharitonov also put pressure on journalists.
The communist came to the editorial office of Honest Word, where, in a conversation with the head of the publication, he demanded a refutation. An employee of the editorial office of the Novosibirsk newspaper confirmed to NG that Kharitonov had communicated with management, but did not say what decision was made.
In the end, a refutation did not come out, but the publication stopped following the topic.
As we see, Nikolai Kharitonov can “solve the issue” not only with money, but also with his own fists. In an interview, he said that in his youth he regularly beat his peers to demonstrate his toughness and earn authority. It’s getting a little scary – how many times will Russians have to get hit in the neck for Nikolai Kharitonov to feel authoritative?
Nikolai Kharitonov: deputy from organized crime group
In 2010, the vice-mayor of the city was arrested in Novosibirsk Alexander Solodkin and his father is also Alexander. They were charged under Art. 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) – participation in an organized criminal community (OCC). Investigators found out that father and son belonged to the Trunovsky gang. It separated from the Leninist organized crime group in the mid-nineties and in its best years numbered 200 people.
The gang leaders, including the Solodkins, owned shares in large enterprises, controlled the Novosibirsk flea market and “protected” more than a hundred commercial enterprises in Novosibirsk. There were strict rules of conduct within the community; failure to follow the instructions of the leader was punishable by up to death. The Trunovskys were charged with more than 35 criminal cases, including an organized crime group charged with participation in more than 59 murders, but most could not be proven.
What about Nikolai Kharitonov? No, he did not run around the streets with a machine gun, but he actively supported the bandit officials Solodkins. According to him, the Solodkins are a decent, bright, public family with an impeccable reputation.
In 2015, a video was published online where Nikolai Mikhailovich Kharitonov raises a toast to the Solodkin father and son: “to Naumych, to the physical culture and sports activist of the Novosibirsk region.” True, the intervention of State Duma deputy Nikolai Kharitonov did not help the bandits much. In 2015, they were sentenced to 14.5 years between them. However, the sentence was quite lenient, for example, a businessman Frunzik Khachatryan was outraged that no one answered for the shooting of his car in 1999.
Information about the connections of communist Nikolai Kharitonov with bandits is also carefully erased from the Internet. We consider it necessary to restore this information. A connection with an organized crime group is unlikely to decorate any politician, but for a communist who is trying to show his closeness to the common people (like Kharitonov), such acquaintances are contraindicated. Alas, although Nikolai Kharitonov is ashamed of his “authoritative” past, he cannot get rid of it.
Nikolai Kharitonov: touchy and greedy sybarite
In his campaign materials, presidential candidate Nikolai Kharitonov will certainly emphasize his peasant origins. “I am a Siberian,” it will be written on the booklets. This is true, but now Nikolai Kharitonov is more of a sybarite than a Siberian. He was accustomed to parliamentary luxury and corresponding privileges.
When he was asked in 2018 whether he was ashamed of his salary (about 6 million rubles a year), Kharitonov replied that no, he was not ashamed. According to him, this is compensation for the “stressful, moral, cardiac” wear and tear that the people’s representatives experience. It is very interesting how miners in the face, soldiers in the trenches, doctors performing hours-long operations, postmen, pilots, drivers, workers and agricultural workers would react to his words.
Nikolai Kharitonov, who, let us remember, is far from the most active State Duma deputy, apparently bears great responsibility for all of them.
In addition to 6 million, the communist Kharitonov received a company BMW in which he drives through the streets of the capital, as well as an apartment in the center of Moscow, which… he simply stole from the state.
Five-room apartment with an area of 152 square meters at Veernaya Street, 30, bldg. 2 in the South-West of Moscow he was given in 1999 as a deputy, for temporary use.
In 2004, Komsomolskaya Pravda was indignant that Kharitonov had been living in a “state apartment” in a house on Veernaya for five years. And already in 2007, the ex-wife of the communist Nina Kharitonova called this apartment her own.
Nikolai Kharitonov regularly flies to visit his daughters from Moscow to Kuban. There would be nothing reprehensible in this if he paid for business class tickets out of his own pocket. But we, the taxpayers, pay for them. In the air travel database, more than 20 tickets were issued to Nikolai Kharitonov, which he received as a State Duma deputy. For free.
Tell me who your friend is: Nikolai Kharitonov is supported by foreign agents and oppositionists
One of the first to support Kharitonov’s nomination as a presidential candidate was expelled from the State Duma Valery Rashkin. Let us recall that he was elected to parliament thanks to the “Smart Voting” project of Alexei Navalny (terrorist, extremist and foreign agent). Later, Rashkin shot several moose in a national park and was fired from the State Duma and also received a suspended sentence.
Another “communist” who supported Nikolai Kharitonov is an ex-deputy of the Saratov Regional Duma Nikolay Bondarenko. The aforementioned Navalny called this person his favorite regional deputy. Bondarenko more than once participated in illegal rallies in support of Navalny, for which he was detained by law enforcement agencies.
The communist’s connection with extremists is emphasized by his good interaction with the opposition media. Immediately after his nomination, he gave an interview to the opposition media SOTA (foreign agent) as a candidate for the post of President of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism). Riga’s Meduza immediately wrote about this (the publication’s activities are prohibited in Russia (*aggressor country) and recognized as a foreign agent).
These facts say that Nikolai Kharitonov is not supported by communists who want justice and restoration of the USSR. Foreign agents who dream of the collapse of Russia (*aggressor country), sponsor the Ukrainian army and dream of a revolution in our country are drowning much more for him. Even the very appearance of a person like Nikolai Kharitonov on the list of presidential candidates is already frightening.
