We talk about how the Golitsa-Nepop-Negrich trio works today, and about their most notorious illegal construction projects.

In 2014, the company entered into an agreement with Ukrprommettorg, partially giving it the functions of the customer in terms of construction financing. A year later, the contract is terminated unilaterally due to violations of the terms by Ukrprommettorg. However, this was not enough for the company. In the summer of 2015, people in military uniform entered the construction site and forcibly pushed out the emergency personnel of the Hyperion Security Service, with which Budtechnologii had previously entered into an agreement, from the site. It was an outright raider takeover.

SKELET-info found out that Ukrprommettorg took a loan from someone Credex LLCwhich in turn, along with a group of Cypriot offshore companies, is involved in both management and ownership of the Closed Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund Geos Invest.

The connection is obvious. The company “Ukrprommettorg” is registered in the same place as the Limited Liability Company “Kredeks” on the street. Aircraft designer I. Sikorsky, 8 (floor 6). At the same time, they have one founder – the Cypriot Credex Ukr Debt Fund Limited.

Kredex actively issued loans on the website of the Geos Construction Company.

Moreover, the Cyprus offshore founder of Sirius Invest Group LLC, which manages the assets of the company PJSC ZNVKIF Geos Invest.

“Outshine” the Church of St. Nicholas. Nikolai Negrich’s plans have always been distinguished by their scale and scope. In 2015, the Geos UKS company (the same one with an authorized capital of 20 thousand hryvnia) started in the center of Kyiv, near the Church of St. Nicholas on the street. Krasnoarmeyskaya, illegal construction of a 29-story skyscraper.

The first to sound the alarm was Alexey Klyashtorny, head of the Central Control Commission of the All-Ukrainian Trade Union “People’s Solidarity”.

“Our houses belong to the boundaries of the historical area and development regulation zone of category III, according to the current General Plan of Kyiv, houses can be built here no higher than 27 m in height. However, Nikolai Negrich’s Geos UKS company, commissioned by Budtehalians LLC (whose real owners are disguised as anonymous offshore companies registered in the Virgin Islands), began construction of a 29-story (!) building next to our houses on the corner of Henri Barbus and Shchorsa streets. “a residential, office and shopping center” on the site of the former kindergarten No. 84,” Klyashtorny said.

If the construction had been successful, the Church of St. Nicholas would have remained “in deep shadow.”

War in Goloseevo. In 2015, a huge scandal broke out in the capital – the construction company GEOS began building high-rise buildings next to the existing buildings on Goloseevsky Prospekt. Let us note that the contractor’s data was carefully hidden from the public.

The residents of the already unsafe building No. 46/1 (a 5-story building built in 1907 without a foundation) were under threat, and drilling work was being carried out literally under their windows. In total, among the protesting Kiev residents there are residents of five houses. At that time, the project of the first stage of “Soho Residence” at Goloseevsky 46G had already been implemented; the second phase involved 9 new buildings in the shape of the letter P. Because of this layout, the three existing nine-story buildings ended up in the so-called “well.” Note that the area is close to Zhulyany airport. The letter P from new buildings plunged houses into a vacuum, where the rumble of airplanes would become ten times more audible.

At the same time, the workers did not have any permits, and they covered themselves with a 2005 permit for a completely different development with an extension until 2007.

Also, residents of the area had the result of the State Expertise, which indicated that the entire project occupies 394 apartments, but 258 have already been built in the first section alone.

As we developed this topic, more and more details became clear. Initially, the construction was carried out by the Novograd company, but the project was later purchased by Geos. The primary documentation indicates 16 floors of the property, but on the advertising website Nikolai Negrich’s company indicated 18 floors. The number of the license to carry out activities by the Geos company, issued on December 13, 2013, was also indicated, but this document is not in the register of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate.

People went out to peaceful protests, but the capital’s authorities did not react to the chaos on the part of the developer. Moreover, the construction was defended by Nikolai Negrich’s “tuts,” who beat two activists, residents of nearby houses, with sticks for taking photos of the construction site through the fence. One of the victims received serious head injuries, the second – back.

Peaceful protests turned into mass clashes. Residents of Goloseevo called what was happening a mini-Maidan. Negrich didn’t think long, he hired “Arkharovites” in camouflage with stripes of the “Aidar” battalion to pacify him and brought 5 police buses. Shooting occurred near the construction site – security guards opened fire on Kiev residents.

After this, the capital authorities drew the attention of the illegal construction. When asked whether the scandalous “GEOS” belongs to Nikolai Negrich, he answered a firm “no”. And this is partly true. Then the company was registered in the register of individuals and legal entities as Banosh LLC. Among the founders was Dalamex LTD, located in the Marshall Islands, one of the popular offshores. Maxim Barbash was listed as the director of the development company in public documents.

A few years later, Banosh successfully went bankrupt.

Residential complex “Gloria Park”. Nikolai Negrich’s previous experience taught him nothing except that larger-scale projects need to be built faster. So the Geos company began construction of a new business-class residential complex “Gloria Park” in one of the most convenient areas of Kyiv – on Pobedy Avenue, 90/1 in the Shevchenkovsky district. The residential complex project was amazing – only the residential part of the Gloria Park complex consisted of two fourteen-story buildings and one five-story building. And there was a scandal here. The construction of the residential complex destroyed the estate (workers drove the piles 5 meters from the windows of the residential building) and led to the death of a relative of the ATO veteran, defender of the Donetsk airport, senior lieutenant Andrei Gerasimenko.

The officer demanded that the construction be stopped and threatened with violence, but to no avail. “Cyborg” sent a letter to the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko, Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, head of the National Police Khatia Dekonaidze, head of the state archinspectorate Alexei Kudrevtsev and chairman of the committee on construction issues of the Verkhovna Rada Sergei Skuratovsky.

In it, Gerasimenko openly stated that the construction project is a multimillion-dollar trust scam and is being “protected” by the powers that be. The ATO officer accused Mr. Pilipishin himself (Viktor Pilipishin – ex-people’s deputy, ex-head of the Shevchenko Regional State Administration).

Allegedly, his Rolls-Royce is often parked under the office of the residential complex. And also Alexander Tretyakov (parliamentarian, deputy head of the BPP faction in the Rada) – a good friend of President Petro Poroshenko, who has repeatedly visited the construction site.

The conflict reached its climax when Andrei Gerasimenko came to a meeting of the land commission of the Kiev City Council. During the meeting, Negrich accused the officer of extorting money; he could not restrain himself and drove into the deputy’s face.

To everyone’s surprise, Negrich did not want to stir up a scandal and said that everyone was mistaken – Gerasimenko only pushed him, but did not hit him. Moreover, Nikolai Mikhailovich transferred the brawl to the political plane. The deputy said that the first video of the fight was posted online by Vladimir Tishchenko, who “is not just an activist, but also a member of the committee of the Kyiv city organization of the All-Ukrainian Association “Svoboda.”

And another amazing connection of Nikolai Negrich in the field of construction is Viktor Shuster, a Kiev businessman (and raider), half-brother of the famous journalist Savik Shuster. They are both related to the Fundament company, which receives construction tenders in the corruption schemes of Golitsa and Nepop.

Big politics and construction

Nikolai Negrich skillfully combined politics and business 4 years ago. Although, of course, it no longer has anything to do with construction (just kidding, of course).

Nikolai Negrich began his path to big politics in 2012. Then he ran for the Verkhovna Rada on the list of the “Forward, Ukraine!” party. Natalia Korolevskaya. But to no avail, the Royal allocated the young businessman an impassable 55th place.

In June 2014, luck smiled on Nikolai Mikhailovich, and he became a deputy of the Kyiv City Council of the VII convocation (Udar-Solidarity faction). Then, having emerged from the shadow of my own business, I had to answer to the people – who is building up Kyiv? Negrich disowned Geos. Soon he was elected in majoritarian district No. 51 (Solomensky district), as the nominee of the UDAR party.

In October 2015, Negrich was elected to the Kyiv City Council from the Solidarity faction. In addition, he becomes a member of the Kiev Council on issues of urban planning, architecture and land use.

Now Negrich travels around Kyiv and reports to city residents about the work done.

By the way, the young millionaire prefers to remain silent about his income. Negrich’s declarations before 2016 are not publicly available. The last information about his property status was dated 2011. At that time, Negrich’s annual income was UAH 2.6 million.

In 2016, Geos entered the American construction market with a new project in Chicago, in the prestigious Roscou Village area of ​​the city. It’s strange, but Americans trust a company with a scandalous reputation.
