Natalya Kiyashko has headed the department since June 2020 in the order of transfer from the Kyiv region. She began her tax career in 1997 at the State Tax Administration in Kyiv. She came to work in the tax service as an inspector and gradually gained experience in leadership positions. The first official position is the deputy head of the State Tax Inspection in the Solomensky district of the capital. After that, she was deputy head of tax inspectorates in the Goloseevsky, Dneprovsky and Pechersky districts of Kyiv. It is known that Kiyashko managed the tax inspectorate in the Dniprovskyi region for a long time.
For two years (from 2015 to 2016), Kiyashko was the official assistant in the dissemination of the law “On Public Service” of the People's Deputy of the VIII convocation, self-nominated and former “Regional” – Evgeny Balitsky from Melitopol.
In a report to the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption for 2020, she stated the following assets: renting an apartment in Sumy since 2012, from a certain Nadezhda Sheremet. As a result, the dexterous tax official even made money on his foreign car. After acquiring it 8 years ago for 148,000 hryvnias, she has now sold it for 250,000 hryvnias. No error for wear. The sale report appeared on the NAPC website in April 2021. The next nuance is that the mother of the official, as it turned out, loves expensive cars. In fact, pensioner Kiyashko Anna Vasilievna, born in 1945, has an AUDI A8 (201) and LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER (2012).
Natalia Kiyashko declared an income of UAH 454,000 last year. Kiyashko declared 38,000 and 418,000 hryvnias in cash, and 261,000 hryvnias in her bank account. She also pointed out a Bregutt watch that she owned in 2010.

The e-declaration lists Garry Alexandrovich Korostyshevsky, the son of businessman Alexander Grigoryevich Korostyshevsky. The latter registered a number of enterprises specializing in minerals and oil production. He is the founder of Torf Land Ukraine LLC and was the director of the research and production enterprise Energopostachzbud. However, despite her husband's business, Kiyashko did not indicate it in the declaration.
