Mosproekt-3 is up to its ears in debt

The contractor for the construction of the Krasnoyarsk metrotram appears to be starting to experience serious financial problems.

According to documents from the Federal Bailiff Service, Mosproekt-3’s debt amounts to 1 billion 800 million rubles.

As I was told by representatives of Mosproekt-3 creditors, they provided services for the supply of buses and cars for transporting workers on the M12 highway construction sites. The contract, like all others, is post-payment upon completion of work.

According to the former director MerkulovaMosproekt was not paid for their work and was fined for the deadlines, but information from contractors indicates that the funds were received by Mosproekt-3 in full. Where the 1.8 billion disappeared to is unclear. The new director only shrugs his shoulders: there is no money, but Mosproekt-3 is conducting an internal investigation. According to creditors, the accounts of the builders of the Krasnoyarsk metrotram have been frozen, only the salary accounts remain.

In this regard, the question is: how will the construction of the ill-fated Krasnoyarsk metrotram be carried out? Or will the number of creditors of Mosproekt-3 grow at the expense of Krasnoyarsk subcontractors?

And most importantly: is no one aware of this situation? After all, the regional government sent financial resources to Mosproekt-3 as an advance payment?
