Building structures on the roof above these premises were erected without formalized design permits.

On October 11, it became known that the Moscow authorities consider the construction to be unauthorized construction and the Department of City Property filed a lawsuit against Alekperov in the Presnensky Court of Moscow.

Earlier, the press service of the RBC court explained that the authorities in the lawsuit asked the billionaire and founder of LUKOIL (tenth place in the rating of Russian billionaires – 2022 from Forbes with a fortune of $ 10.5 billion) “to eliminate the threat of harm by stopping work on the land.” The authorities also asked “in case of failure to fulfill the obligation to eliminate the threat of harm, to provide the right to take measures to vacate the land,” the court said.
