Morsvyazavtomatika remained with its own?

The National Reserve Corporation decided not to buy the company. Did the unfavorable “sanctions” situation affect?

According to the correspondent DOPsreasons for this decision are not given.

Last month, the Federal Antimonopoly Service granted the request of Alexander Lebedev, National Reserve Corporation LLC, to purchase a 100% stake in the authorized capital of NPK MSA (Morsvyazavtomatika), which became known “Kommersant”. According to the FAS, the deal “will not lead to restriction of competition.”

But, apparently, something has changed and plans have been adjusted. The NPC MSA said that now it was decided not to conclude a deal. The reasons are not mentioned.

According to the website “Spark Interfax”, the main activity according to OKVED LLC “NPK MSA” – “Production of metal-working machine tools”. Among the additional, in particular, – “Production of building metal structures and products.”

The founders are – Smirnov Andrey Gennadievich, Pravdin Andrian Yuryevich. General Director – Pravdin Andrian. NPK MSA LLC took part in 51 tenders.

What about NRK LLC? Founders indicated — Techinvestconsult LLC and Promconsult LLC. Both were founded by former State Duma deputy Alexander Lebedev.

According to Kommersant, Andrian Pravdin and Alexander Lebedev are connected by a common project. It is specified that one of Lebedev’s businesses is the Emperium shipyard in the city of Otradnoy (it builds electric river vessels).

The general director of the Infoline-Analytics agency, Mikhail Burmistrov, believes that now for Alexander Lebedev, the purchase of any domestic assets will be risky in terms of falling under sanctions due to the current economic and foreign policy situation and the problems that Yevgeny Lebedev’s son may have.

Here is another interesting moment in the history of Morsvyazavtomatika.

Last year, a number of media outlets wrote that the largest cruise operator in the country, Vodokhod, which is associated with the notorious Viktor Olersky, began replacing its fleet in St. Petersburg, concluding an agreement with NPK for the production of several high-speed catamarans in the amount of 1 billion rubles.

Earlier journalists of the publication The Moscow Post It was assumed that in this regard, market players already then assumed that Olersky could be behind both companies, who, as the journalist writes, allegedly has a desire to gain control over the water transportation market throughout Russia. But will it work, that is the question.

This is far from the only business attributed to Olersky. There are others, and large ones. For example, the deep-water seaport of Tuloma on the Kola Peninsula, among the owners of which were the structures of Gleb Frank, the son of Sergei Frank, the former Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation.

Not to mention the fact that all this business, in fact, is tied to offshore. The same LLC “Vodokhod” is recorded on the foreign “Volga-Baltic Cruise Lines Limited”. Behind which, it is believed, Mr. Olersky may also be hiding.
