Residents of the Rostov region, whose misadventures we have already written about more than once, complain that local authorities and the prosecutor’s office frankly ignore both their complaints and critical publications in the media. Therefore, they decided now to apply directly to the Prosecutor General of Russia, Igor Krasnov.
The appeal contains the only request to call to order the General Director of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don, Vladimir Revenko, and his subordinates, who, according to Rostovites, are engaged in extortion and imposition of additional services and at the same time categorically do not recognize and are not going to correct the committed by them violations.

“Gas Attack”
Antonina Vasilievna Kravtsova, a resident of the village of Sandata, Salsky District, Rostov Region, is more than resolute. Only to the editor The Moscow Post this is the fourth time she has appealed, not counting other media and institutions. It is all the more surprising that so far no effect has been observed. On the contrary, one gets the impression that Miller’s Rostov subordinates are becoming more and more “bronze” and consider themselves invulnerable to criticism.
Recall the story of a woman who Almost seven years have passed since the ill-fated inspection of gas metering devices by employees of OOO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don took place in the village of Sandata.
According to the gas workers, violations of the seal were revealed, an act was drawn up and a fine of 13 thousand rubles was imposed on the violators.
But consumers claim that there was nothing like it! According to Antonina Kravtsova, the first question that the inspector asked when he saw the meter was: “Why such a small gas consumption?” The answer that people are trying to save money, given the high tariffs, obviously did not suit him.
The representative of the gas service, according to Antonina Vasilievna, examined the seal and did not find any signs of breaking the meter. However, a few days later, consumers received a bill for the amount of 13 thousand rubles, allegedly due to a violation of the seal.

Further, the proceedings between the residents of the village of Sandat and the Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don company dragged on.
According to Kravtsova, today the situation has already reached the point where people have been turned off gas for non-payment of fines, not at all worrying about how they will live without heating in conditions of cold weather. People had to use electric heaters and stoves. Some have tried to adapt gas in cylinders for heating, despite the fact that it is very dangerous.
God forbid, if the situation continues to develop like in bad TV shows, where the authorities pay attention to the population’s requests for help only after the irreparable happens – an explosion, a fire, or some other disaster. In view of such circumstances, people have now turned to the Prosecutor General of Russia for protection from the arbitrariness of the gas service employees.
To whom – gas and debts, and to whom – golf and offshore
The richer a person or organization, the more eagerly they demand money from debtors (or, more correctly, from opponents, which, in fact, the residents of the village of Sandata are for gas workers).
The culmination of this process, perhaps, can be considered the comment of the head of the company, Vladimir Revenko, who, according to Antonina Kravtsova, compared the villagers to organized crime groups only on the grounds that they save gas and do not pay gigantic bills with which they disagree. Tellingly, the number of “organized criminal groups from Sandaty” includes mainly pensioners. Gazprom has found worthy opponents!.. “How many more articles should be published to get an answer to the question: “Which of us is an organized crime group – subscribers or Gazprom?” asks Antonina Kravtsova.
Meanwhile, OOO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don, according to “Rusprofile”, according to the results of 2021, received revenue in the amount of 44 billion rubles, which is 7.3 billion rubles more than in 2020. At the same time (what a miracle!) Their net profit for the year fell by 5 million rubles and amounted to only 35 million rubles. Of course, you can write off the difference to the fulfillment of debt obligations or other working moments, but the difference of several zeros is still somewhat confusing.
Especially if you pay attention to the company’s public procurement, the volume of which, according to “Rusprofile”today exceeded 11 billion rubles.

By the way, the company also includes PJSC Gazprom Gas Distribution Rostov-on-Don, which also leads Vladimir Revenko. The company’s financial performance also looks about the same proportion: at the end of 2021, revenue amounted to 8.7 billion rubles, and net profit – 818 million rubles. And the volume of purchases is approaching 2 billion rubles. The trend, however…
In addition, Mr. Revenko, according to the data “Rusprofile”, is the founder of two operating enterprises: LLC “Ust-Donetsk APK”, growing grain, and LLC “Ardon”, engaged in rental and management of real estate. By the way, the latter has long gone deep into the minuses – either with real estate it was not lucky, or it was created for other purposes.
One can only wonder – how does he have enough attention for everything? The fact that he runs the regional Golf Federation is another nice touch to the portrait of a man who obviously does not deny himself anything. A person who is not averse to suing old people over several thousand rubles …
By the way, structures under the leadership of Revenko are ready to sue not only old people, but also quite energetic business partners, whose property is used without a twinge of conscience.
So, as reported by the publication “CityN”, the Gorgaz company from the city of Shakhty recently filed a lawsuit with a request to prohibit Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don LLC and Rostov-on-Don Gas Pipeline Gas Distribution PJSC from using its city gas distribution network, while concluding contracts with third parties and not wanting to share profits with Gorgaz. And when they made fair claims, the structures under the leadership of Revenko offered to buy gas pipelines from them at a price much lower than that determined by the examination. Which, in fact, did not surprise anyone.
They saythat the activities of Gazprom Gas Distribution Rostov-on-Don could cause criticism even from their own minority shareholders, who in 2019 sued the company due to “lack of transparency in the work of the enterprise.” Were they, too, puzzled by the lack of zeros in profit figures? Or did Mr. Revenko give additional reasons to doubt his honesty and adherence to principles?
To complete the picture, we note that minority shareholders mean offshore companies that presumably were able to get shares in gas distribution companies after the partial privatization announced in 2013. According to a court report “Panorama” Rostov gas workers disowned offshore companies, saying that they would paralyze their work. A more detailed check, according to available data, no one conducted.
But what about the authorities?
Returning to Antonina Kravtsova’s letter, we note that the question of how the authorities can allow such mockery of the population sounds rhetorical.
Suffice it to recall that Vladimir Revenko in the Rostov region is considered a person close to the businessman Ali Uzdenov, who has long-standing contacts with the Rostov governor Vasily Golubev. I wrote about this in detail earlier. The Moscow Post. Many in the region remember how, back in 2012, Governor Golubev introduced Mr. Uzdenov to the award – the Order of Merit for the Rostov Region.

And if you dig with “Rusprofile”it turns out that Ali Uzdenov was even the predecessor of Vladimir Revenko as head of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Rostov-on-Don.
According to the website authors “Russian crime”, allegedly “he (Uzdenov – ed.) appoints the heads of the territorial divisions of Gazprom, according to the principle” who brought more, “and also has a business related to the development of microdistricts in Rostov and the region.” It is difficult to verify this information.

It is even more difficult to include in this scheme the old people from the village of Sandata, whom the Rostov subordinates of Alexei Miller cut off from the gas supply. This is how these two parallel worlds live – “Gazprom” with their billions and “Sandat” with their extinguished gas burners.
Perhaps, at least the Prosecutor General’s Office will find a way to restore justice in this too long inhuman history? ..
