Medvedev compared the intellectual abilities of Obama and Biden

Former US President Barack Obama surpasses current head of state Joe Biden in terms of intellectual abilities.

The two American leaders were compared by Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev in a conversation with TASS.

Speaking about the similarities between the policies of Obama and Biden, Medvedev noted that the 44th US president was superior to the current head of the White House.

“Let’s be frank and honest: these are intellectual abilities that Obama has higher than Biden,” said the deputy chairman of the Security Council.

According to him, when the US was led by Obama, relations between Moscow and Washington were characterized by greater pragmatism than now.

Earlier, Medvedev also pointed out the risks of civil war in the United States. In his opinion, America is currently in a state of internal discord.
