The foreign company Microsoft has returned the ability to download its operating system for Russian citizens.
It’s about Windows. Customers can download Windows 11, 10, Windows 8.1 again. and Windows 7, reports the correspondent DOPs with reference to TASS.
According to the agency, the download page has again become available to customers in Russian without using a VPN.
IT expert Dmitry Bevza, whose words lead “News”, said that the download page really opens in Russia. He believes that this is an adjustment of the corporation’s policy towards users from the Russian Federation who have already bought Windows.
An employee of the publication was able to download the OS from two computers.
