Matvienko called the conditions for the security and preservation of the sovereignty of Russia

According to the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko, the achievement of the goals of the special operation guarantees the preservation of Russia’s sovereignty and its security. According to her, the Russian Federation has everything necessary for this. The politician shared this opinion in her blog on the website of the Federation Council on the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea to Russia.

Matvienko believes that it is Russia and its policies that are the main obstacle to the aspirations of the United States and its satellites to establish global hegemony. The speaker of the Federation Council emphasized. that nine years ago, the annexation of Crimea to Russia became an event of historical significance also because both the Russians and the international community were convinced that the collapse of the USSR did not become the collapse of historical Russia.

According to the senator, the reunification of Crimea with the Russian Federation also gave an additional impetus to the struggle of Donbass and other regions for the right to be part of Russia.

Earlier, Valentina Matvienko called on the participants in the grain deal to use the 60 days for which the agreement was extended in order to remove all existing barriers to the export of Russian food and fertilizers.
