LDPR is ready for change: a plan for the reorganization of the metropolitan cell of the party has been drawn up
The party will review the work of the cell in Moscow.
The department coordinator Dmitry Koshlakov-Krestovsky spoke about the reorganization plan, the correspondent reports.
The politician took up the post relatively recently, a little over a year ago.
According to him, the party has changed the structure of the branch itself and the structure of the coordinating council in order to achieve more coordinated work to solve the set tasks.
“The task that Leonid Slutsky set before us is to become the second party in Moscow,” he added.
Now, from 190,000 to 250,000 people vote for the party in Moscow in elections at various levels, but they want to reach 1 million voters.
According to Koshlakov-Krestovsky, they abandoned the party newspaper in Moscow, but the magazine Moskovskoye Vremya (it will be distributed among supporters and activists) has replaced it. They also want to focus on working with social networks.
And this is quite logical: now the younger generation of voters (and not only them) actively uses social networks and spends a lot of time there. It’s easier to reach them there.
The party also standardized the campaign materials of its candidates for the municipal elections in New Moscow.
In terms of content, the Party will rely on the new program. Seven points were added to the five points approved a few years ago. For example – “Help for the disabled and rehabilitation of men after SVO”, “Youth”, “Digital Ecosystem”.
Whether the Liberal Democratic Party will be able to increase its rating in Moscow and fulfill its tasks will be shown by the elections.
Memory is alive
It is also worth recalling that ex-party leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky died last year. Well-known and charismatic domestic politician.
However, according to the VTsIOM poll, after the death of Vladimir Zhirinovsky at the end of April last year, 60% of respondents declared their trust in the politician, and every fifth (19%) expressed unconditional trust.
And recently, one of the representatives of the party told how the memory of Vladimir Zhirinovsky is perpetuated. For example, in different regions, including Moscow, streets and squares are named after him.
