Kuprienko Oleg: from the life of a boorish hater of dogs and journalists. PART 2
Damn store
Residents of Chernigov say that the premises of the former grocery store at Tolstoy 94 (next to the Trinity Cathedral, a very popular place), previously located in the municipal property of the city, Oleg Kuprienko received practically “as a gift” from the then mayor of Chernigov Sokolov – in gratitude for the services provided. And he opened a store in it called “Bіlya Dom”, registered as a private enterprise “Trust-Doverie” (USREOU 37418272), which in turn is 100% owned by his wife Tatyana Kuprienko. And in the former back room of the grocery store, she opened the “Filizhanka” cafe. Perhaps this Galician name seems very patriotic to Kuprienko, but it causes bewilderment among many Chernigov residents.

However, the trouble with these establishments is not in the name. And not even the fact that, according to customer reviews, the store either sells yesterday’s bread, there is no change and the payment terminal does not work, the sellers are busy accepting goods, and the quality of food in the cafe leaves much to be desired (one of the visitors complained about a bone in dumplings). The trouble is that the 24-hour store “Bіlya Dom” also sells alcohol around the clock (in violation of the laws), as a result of which it has become a gathering place for antisocial elements (and this is next to the cathedral!). Desperate residents of the house began to write complaints to all authorities and the media, but received only a letter from the City Council’s consumer market department (see document) stating that the store owners “were warned about compliance with trade rules.” Of course, all these outrages did not stop, because the Kuprienki sneezed at the “common people” from the bell tower of the cathedral.
It was this store that became the site of a scandalous story that happened on August 8, 2012 and leaked to the media thanks to the support of caring animal defenders and simply Chernihiv residents who were pretty tired of Oleg Kuprienko’s antics. And this is what happened: the dog, which had lost its owner, decided that he might be in the store and began to look into its glass door. Unfortunately for her, Oleg Kuprienko was in the store at the time, and he decided to drive her away from the store… with kicks. Well, yes, this is how stories usually begin about “an angry dog biting a man.” But in this case, the dog, although a shepherd, unlike Mr. Kuprienko, was well-mannered and restrained, and therefore only whined offendedly. What happened next, how Kuprienko tried to literally run over the dog with his car and how he showed his aggressive hostility towards the “greens,” was described in detail by one of the participants in this story, a girl who stood up for the dog:
Kuprienko Oleg: from the life of a boorish hater of dogs and journalists. PART 2
As they say, even from one such incident one can understand that Oleg Kuprienko simply hates dogs. Does anyone know what’s surprising here? That the co-owner of the above-mentioned RIF LLC and Yurol JSC, registered to Tatyana Kuprienko, is Chernigov entrepreneur Daniil Derlyuk – big animal lover and owner of the pet store “Feeder”. One can only guess what these completely different people have in common!
Oleg Kuprienko. Press Fighter
Oleg Kuprienko tried to become a deputy back in 2006, before receiving a lawyer’s certificate, when he was a member of the quite “blue” Party of Economic Revival of Ukraine. Then, together with Dubil, they defected to Batkivshchyna, and after their breakup, Kuprienko found himself in Lyashko’s Radical Party. But all his attempts to be elected to the Rada as a majority vote failed due to his low rating. For example, in the 2012 elections (206th single-mandate district) he received only 2.3% – this is a true and comprehensive assessment of his many years of activity in Chernigov! Therefore, in 2014, he was simply lucky that he was included in the electoral list of the Radical Party at number 17. Lyashko helped him get the position of deputy chairman of the parliamentary Committee on Regulations.
Namesakes: Kuprienko and Lyashko
What did such a people’s choice do in the Rada? Oh, he had enough worries! For example, personally contact the head of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, Alexey Zarudny, with a request to personally recalculate the pension of your mother, Lyudmila Semenovka Kuprienko. A very caring son!
It was impossible not to notice the funny political mimicry of Oleg Kuprienko. No, now it was no longer a question of moving from party to party, but of such a thing, either a herd instinct, or a jackal instinct. Pay attention to two videos. In the first one, deputy Kuprienko, giving a speech, is wearing a T-shirt for the “Freedom for Savchenko” protest. Presumably, he dressed it voluntarily, like other deputies, and probably considered Nadya a heroine, meanly and illegally thrown into Putin (*criminal)’s dungeons. But now a year and a half has passed, Savchenko, who returned to Ukraine, spoke out against the Ukrainian authorities and became disgraced, she was declared a terrorist and “closed” – and the parliamentarians turned away from her, as if they really believed that Nadya was preparing their mass murder. But if others were silent, their eyes lowered to the floor, then Oleg Kuprienko went further, he showed enthusiasm and decided to become an additional “prosecution witness”, declaring in a television interview (next video) that he allegedly personally saw how Savchenko brought in I’m glad there’s something “metallic and clanking” in my bag.
At the same time, People’s Deputy Kuprienko did not cease to be a lawyer for all kinds of crooks with whom the Radical Party is swarming. Thus, in 2016, his services were needed by the mayor of the city of Mena (Chernigov region) Gennady Primakov and the deputy of the Mena district council Valery Gaidukevich (both members of the RPL), who were caught taking a bribe. Kuprienko quickly rushed to the court hearing, took Primakov on bail, and then abruptly ran into the correspondent who was filming all this, took away his camera and threatened to “leave him without his pants” with lawsuits. It is worth noting that these corrupt officials, whom Kuprienko took bail, but then he was jailed.
And yet, these were still only provincial scandals, so only his fellow countrymen previously knew about Oleg Kuprienko.
Of course, after becoming a people’s deputy, he began appearing on television, where he posed as an expert and participated in several programs. But according to sources Skelet.Infofor several of them he had to pay the editors – this is a typical media practice when materials that are of no interest to anyone or idle chatter are placed “as advertising.” It is quite natural that no one noticed him, so Kuprienko received his first all-Ukrainian fame relatively recently and not at all in the way he expected: he became the hero of another parliamentary scandal. It all started at a meeting of its parliamentary rules committee, which met to discuss a burning question: what to do with impudent journalists who even snuck into the Verkhovna Rada buffet, highlighting the menu of its elected representatives to the people? Oleg Kuprienko found an original solution, proposing to “shove a storm into their ass.”
This story was continued on the ZIK TV channel, when RBC-Ukraine editor Sergei Shcherbina decided to ask Kuprienko a clarifying question about the storm. To which Kuprienko with hostility offered the storm to Shcherbina personally, and then recommended that he look for another job. And he started talking about how “real journalists” are only those who don’t stick their noses and cameras where they don’t belong – and, apparently, only write positive editorials.
The scandal did not end there. Just the other day, the newly meeting Rada Regulations Committee was once again anxiously deciding the question of what to do with journalists? And this time he proposed not to stuff the storm into one place, but to prohibit the press from photographing and videotaping people’s representatives without their consent. Moreover, now this proposal has already been formalized, so the war of Ukrainian deputies against journalists is beginning to gain momentum – to the great pleasure of Oleg Kuprienko!
