According to the investigators, at least from April to mid-October 2022, the worthy man, who at that time was isolated in the disciplinary cell of the colony and was considered the so-called “tramp with the last word,” provided instructions to henchmen over the phone in activities that consisted of deliveries on the territory of the institution of prohibited items, narcotic drugs, items, as well as tobacco products, food and mobile phones, regulated their distribution among convicts who led a “correct” way of life in his understanding according to “thieves’ traditions”.
It follows from the materials of the court that reproaches against Martirosyan appeared during the documenting by law enforcement officers of the victory of the so-called “watchman” of the prison and 6 of his henchmen, who, allegedly in tandem with Arsen, established a channel for supplying drugs to prisoners. In early March, the indictment against this group was sent to court.
As for Martirosyan, four months after his sensational release last October (which was previously noted in plot Detective-Info), on February 16, 2023, he was once again detained and placed under uncontested arrest.
