Konstantin Sintsov and companies with multibillion-dollar profits and assets: what is known about the embezzler and fraudster

What is known about the companies with which the fraudster and embezzler Konstantin Sintsov may be associated? How do billions of rubles go offshore? What connects the odious businessman with the scandalous character Iskander Makhmudov and the Izmailovo organized criminal group? Where are law enforcement looking?

Russian businessman, born in 1971, originally from the Kemerovo region. In the past – a professional athlete. He is a co-owner of the RusTransCom group of companies and the diversified railway group RTK.

Konstantin Sintsov is a nimble assistant to Iskander Makhmudov, who was attacked by the Spanish prosecutor’s office back in 2011 collected evidence of involvement in large-scale crimes of the Izmailovsky organized criminal group.

It is possible that Sintsov himself could have been involved in this criminal group. Such an assumption is connected with the Swiss company Alpin Group, where Sintsov worked, and which, presumably, participated in the schemes of the Izmailovsky organized criminal group. But we will not delve into these schemes and intricacies now. A lot has already been written about how the founders of the RTK holding, K. Sintsov and K. Zasov, together with the scandalous entrepreneur I. Makhmudov, according to a well-established scheme, could take the loot offshore through a number of companies.

Today we will consider which companies Comrade Sintsov is related to at the moment and where he can create financial scams with his accomplices.

What companies is Konstantin Sintsov associated with?

It is noteworthy that all companies in which Sintsov himself was directly listed as the head or founder were liquidated, including through reorganization. There are 7 of these.

What is known about RusTransCom LLC

Four years ago, the management of VTB and RusTransCom agreed to sell fifty percent and one share of RusTransCom to A. Kostin’s bank. A year ago, the Demetra-Holding company, which had previously united the entire grain asset of Kostin Bank, completed the consolidation of the railway assets of RusTransCom. These assets include two companies, namely RusAgroTrans and TransLes.

But already in February of this year, the RBC publication reported that VTB Bank, which was on the sanctions lists of the United States of America and Great Britain, had ceased to be at the head of the Demetra-Holding grain business. Now the share of VTB is only 45% of the shares.

LLC “RusTransCom”a company with a status capital of 3.7 billion rubles went through the reorganization procedure several times. First there was LLC, then ZAO and now again LLC. And the parent company is offshore in Cyprus. Convenient, isn’t it? The company obfuscates the tracks in every possible way. By the way, some media have already voiced that such actions of the management could be aimed at hiding financial fraud with the withdrawal of funds.

So, if earlier Sintsov himself was listed among the founders, now his name does not appear directly anywhere in the documents. As they say, it’s covered and you can’t prove anything.

The main founder and owner is Quesar Holdings LLC. Previously a founding member Cyprus offshore company with limited liability “RTK Limited”.

The number of employees last year was 131 people. Revenue for 2021 amounted to 1.1 billion rubles.

Total assets for the last year are 9.8 billion rubles, which is 2 billion less than a year ago. Also, such a financial indicator as the current liquidity ratio fell critically. If in 2020 it was 9.3 at a rate of at least 1.5-2 and above. Then last year it was 0.9.

Concerning Quesar Holdings LLC with a status fund of 210 million rubles, which is now listed as the founder of RusTransCom LLC, then there are several remarkable facts that deserve close attention.

Firstly, the company’s revenue for 2021 amounted to 18.4 billion rubles. And despite the fact that in 2020 there was no revenue at all. Secondly, according to the Federal Tax Service, the company has no employees at all. In addition, the company’s assets grew by more than 54% over the year. And the total assets of the organization soared by 118% and amounted to 60.6 billion rubles.

It turns out that the company without employees earned 18.4 billion rubles for the year, and also increased its total assets by almost 33 billion rubles. How do you like that? Although such a phenomenon is easy to explain, if this company is used for financial fraud and withdrawal of money …

The main founder of Quesar Holdings LLC is Demetra-Holding LLC.

An interesting hodgepodge is obtained. Let’s figure it out.

To be continued.
