These two people in this recording are talking about election fraud in 5 districts of the Donetsk region.
The recordings also include the voice of a man similar to the voice of the Deputy Governor of the Dnepropetrovsk Region Gennady Korban.
On the recording you can clearly hear how the contracting parties want to involve the battalions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which report to Igor Kolomoisky, in falsifying the results.
A man with the voice of Zhvania writes down the names of candidates running on Kolomoisky’s side and his task is to legalize the election results in the Central Election Commission and Parliament, after the elections are held in the Donetsk region with the help of battalions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In the first conversation, he claims that there are no problems with 49 and 50. “Now there are 52 and 59 left,” insists the man with the voice of a Dnepropetrovsk oligarch and guarantees “personal gratitude.”
The situation in these districts, which are so interesting to the oligarch, has become catastrophic. All data from sociological research is based on the results of surveys by the Donetsk Information and Analytical Center as follows: in district No. 49 (Konstantinovka) with a rating of 36%, majority voter Denis Omelyanovich, who won the elections in this district in 2012, is elected to the new Verkhovna Rada, but the oligarch Kolomoisky is betting on Dmitry Gritsun, his pocket manager, who now manages the Krasnolimanskaya mine taken away from the state.
