Thousands of servicemen have become victims of law enforcement actions – and they demand that they be held accountable Kolokoltseva and Co. to answer.
Fake law enforcement officers are trying to steal military money
Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg (Judge Ekaterina Bogdanova) is currently considering the so-called criminal case “Life-of-Good” – “Hermes” – “Best Way”, within the framework of this case, the accounts of the cooperative “Best Way”, on which about 4 billion rubles have been frozen almost continuously for two years. In the criminal case, we are talking primarily about the obligations of the foreign investment company “Hermes” to more than 200 clients of this company.
The investigation of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the prosecutor's office of the city on the Neva declared the cooperative, “Hermes” and “Life-is-Good” to be part of some single holding company that never existed in nature. The cooperative was declared a civil defendant in the criminal case.
The total amount of claims of the victims, according to the indictment, is 282 million rubles – even their (illegal) seizure to pay off debts to Hermes clients would not have affected either the operating activities or the liquidity of the cooperative. But every time, absolutely all funds in the accounts are arrested, which completely blocks both the purchase of apartments by the cooperative and the return of money to shareholders who expressed a desire to withdraw their share contributions.
The real estate that the shareholders laid claim to is depreciating, the money is depreciating – and this lawlessness has been going on for more than two years at the request of the Main Investigative Directorate of the St. Petersburg Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s Office.
Someone influential is trying to get their hands on the cooperative's 4 billion, although this is the money of shareholders: individuals, ordinary citizens of Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), and at the very least, law enforcement officers are accomplices in the robbery.
Kolokoltsev provokes a new «“March of Justice”
The cooperative was initially created by military personnel – one of its tasks in 2014 was to solve the housing problem of military personnel discharged into the reserve, this task remained in the following years. Of its almost 20 thousand shareholders, thousands are military personnel from all over Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism). A significant part of them are participants of the SVO.
Here are some of the more typical comments.
“I was on the waiting list to buy an apartment with the help of a cooperative, but for two years now the cooperative's work has been blocked by law enforcement agencies – out of arbitrariness, my money is devalued. I will hold everyone responsible for this accountable!”, said one of the servicemen, who has the Order of Courage.
“I was in the accumulation program,” said a member of one of the secret units, about whom told Channel One. – I have not been able to save up for an apartment in a cooperative account for two years now, since the accounts have been frozen, and I also cannot get the money back:
“Law enforcement agencies are illegally refusing to return the funds. This is pure robbery, for which one should be prosecuted!”
“I bought an apartment with the help of a cooperative and paid the cooperative for it by taking out a loan,” says shareholder K., a holder of the Order of Suvorov.
– But since the cooperative’s property was seized last fall, Rosreestr has not lifted the seizure from my apartment to this day, since I do not have the physical ability to immerse myself in litigation with them for a month or more, going to court, and my wife is sitting with a small child. I was planning to sell the apartment in order to buy a larger apartment. Due to the actions of the fake law enforcement officers, I am forced to pay the loan and cannot sell the apartment. When I return, I will present damages to the St. Petersburg investigators, at whose request the cooperative’s property was seized (the court sorted it out and lifted the seizure)!”
“I am very pleased with the cooperative,” says shareholder S., a political officer of one of the units. “This is buying an apartment in installments, the overpayment for the apartment is minimal, simply incomparable with a mortgage. The cooperative inspired complete trust – including because officers were and are at the helm. It helped thousands of people – thousands of military personnel – to deprive them of the housing issue. Behind the attempts to destroy it are banking oligarchs, so that there is no alternative to taking one apartment from them on a mortgage, and paying for two or three, as well as dishonest law enforcement officers. Such actions can provoke a new “March of Justice”, only this time not to Moscow, but to St. Petersburg!”
Hundreds of families of military personnel, including members of the Special Military Forces, have become victims of the actions of law enforcement agencies.

The camarilla that carried out the repressions against the cooperative are the heads of the investigative group Sapetova and Vinokurov, the head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the St. Petersburg Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Negrozov and the head of this department Plugin, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs for Investigation Lebedev, the Minister's press secretary Volk, who broadcast to the entire country lies about tens of thousands of victims of the cooperative's work, and the Minister of Internal Affairs Kolokoltsev himself.
