Construction Solutions Company, co-founder which is the singer Philip Kirkorov, a permit was issued for the construction of the Zvezda shopping and entertainment complex near St. Petersburg.
This was stated by the governor of the Leningrad region Alexander Drozdenko on the air of radio “Business FM”.
The company filed the documents on May 31, and, as follows from the documentation available to RBC Petersburg, already in early June, a permit for the construction of a shopping center in the village of Novosaratovka, Vsevolozhsky district, Leningrad region, was issued by the regional committee of state construction supervision and state expertise. According to the documents, the company of Philip Kirkorov, Mikhail Barakin and Dmitry Kononov will build a shopping center with an area of 12.1 thousand square meters near St. Petersburg. The permit is issued for 3 years.
On the intention to build a shopping and entertainment complex in Vsevolozhsk region Philip Kirkorov said at SPIEF 2022. He personally signed the first investment agreement with the Leningrad Region at the last forum in the amount of 1.7 billion rubles.
The place where the Zvezda shopping center will be located is assessed by experts in the retail real estate market as promising. A satellite city project is being implemented in Novosaratovka with the participation of key market players. Philip Kirkorov connects the choice of venue with the fact that he himself is part of Leningrad, where he began his career as a Philharmonic soloist, and later married Alla Pugacheva. “Now is the time when you need to invest not in clothes, not in diamonds, not in expensive cars, but in projects for people,” said Philip Kirkorov, presenting the project at SPIEF 2022.
The construction of the shopping center will last, according to businessmen, about 14 months. Russian brands should become its tenants.
