Young Austrian model Jazz Egger claims that prostitution is part of the fashion industry.
Egger just turned 20 years old. The girl claims that she herself was offered money for a night with rich people. Young women were paid up to $2m (£1.54m) for spending the night with clients, she said. One of the agents directly offered the Jazz £2 million for a two-hour private meeting with a client, young Kazakh oligarch Kenes Rakishev.
The model claims that she flatly refuses such offers, as she considers herself a model, and not an escort girl. “It’s business as usual in the industry, everyone does it. This is how the fashion industry works and most models end up where they go through something like this, ”the girl quotes the words of her agent, who tried to persuade her to intimate relationships with the oligarchs.
Jazz says it’s not just greed that drives women. Sometimes they have to sleep with the “right people” for professional growth.
Money and connections
Rakishev, 37, chairs the Board of Directors of Kazkommertsbank, the largest financial institution in Kazakhstan, is also the head of the Board of Directors of the industrial holding Sat & Company, and also holds a similar position at Net Element, an American company whose shares are traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange.
At the same time, the capital of an influential Kazakh is almost 1.7 billion. In addition, his father Khamit Rakishev headed the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan for a long time and was closely acquainted with the first persons of the country. Kenes Rakishev himself is the son-in-law of the ex-Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Imangali Tasmagambetov and is closely associated with the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev. Some publications even call the businessman a possible successor to the Kazakh leader.

The general business schemes of the Kazakh authorities and the Russian leadership contributed to Rakishev’s friendly relations with many politicians and businessmen from the Russian Federation and the countries of the former USSR, supported by the Kremlin. One can recall the trips of the young oligarch to the TechCrunch Moscow forum, where he emphasized the importance of the Customs Union, stating that “Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus cannot be divided, since this is one market” …
BTA-Bank went through a series of restructurings and, as a result, in 2014 it was sold to Rakishev for only 16 thousand dollars. The new owner, having received the capital of the bank, pocketed all the billions. In addition, he refused to pay Western creditors the funds they invested in BTA.
The oligarch bought BTA Bank with the help of Kazkommertsbank, and soon both financial institutions announced a merger under the common name of the latter. Kenes Rakishev immediately became a member of the board of Kazkommertsbank, and then a member of the board of directors. The integration process was completed in the summer of 2015 and the merged bank became the largest in Kazakhstan. A few months later, the financial giant’s capital increased even more. At the end of 2015, Kenes Rakishev received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire more than 50 percent of the shares of BTA Ukraine Bank, another asset that Mukhtar Ablyazov once stood behind, Radio Liberty journalists pointed out in their investigation. According to Delo.ua, at the end of April 2016, BTA Bank (Kazakhstan) increased its share in the authorized capital of BTA Bank (Ukraine) from 49.988% to 89.996%.
Later, the biased media wrote that “the information campaign, the purpose of which was to denigrate the business reputation of the Kazakh businessman Kenes Rakishev, was organized by the former head of the BTA-Kazakhstan bank, Mukhtar Ablyazov.” In turn, Mukhtar Ablyazov considers what is happening to be revenge for his opposition activities in Kazakhstan.
Rakishev’s interests in Ukraine are represented by the senior partner of the Ilyashev and Partners law firm Roman Marchenko, whom the billionaire uses to conduct “dark” cases outside of Kazakhstan. As a result, businessmen who, at one time, bought out the enterprises of Mukhtar Ablyazov, should be very careful …

Rakishev, “Bespectacled” and “translators”
It is curious that Pakishev spends money in a very peculiar way. In 2016, the media spread information that Kenes Rakishev was involved in several sex scandals. Among his mistresses are minors. The site published fragments of the Kazakh tycoon’s correspondence with the odious Russian pimp Peter Listerman, known in certain circles as “Bespectacled”. We note right away that the news did not lie on the Internet for a long time, and was deleted – like many informational materials about the scandalous life of Rakishev. However, the details of this correspondence are still preserved. Following them, Listerman brought Kenes Rakisheva into sexual slavery 15-year-old Elena Selezneva. Also, he sent older models to the restless young oligarch – this was called “sending translators.”
Cooperation between Rakishev and Listerman began, judging by the analysis of their correspondence, in 2007, when the assistant of the Bespectacled sent Rakishev photographs of two girls with comments that one of them was intended for Kenes himself, the second “for the elder.” We can talk about both Nazarbayev’s son-in-law Timur Kulibayev, with whom Rakishev is closely connected, and the president of Kazakhstan himself. One of them is 18-year-old Dasha Konovalova, who today is a top model and has 210 thousand followers on Instagram alone, the other is Alina Garayeva.
In 2012, things take an interesting turn. On July 11, Listerman sends Rakishev a letter about “Elenu S.”, which contains only a video with 15-year-old Elena Selezneva. On the recording, the girl defiles and appears, her age is clearly audible. Rakishev is not embarrassed by minority, he immediately answers Listerman: “Super! Skolko?
Instead of an answer, the oligarch receives another video with 21-year-old Matilda Romanova and 17-year-old Alina Marasik, another minor. The unpretentious Kenes Rakishev calls both young ladies “super options.”
Listerman next writes in July 2013, sending a video of a model who dreams of acting with James Cameron and goes by the nickname “Avatar”. Rakishev, without thinking for a long time, replies: “Let her go to Kazakhstan!”
The following correspondence takes place, ending with a letter from Rakishev: “Let’s get in touch after Ramadan after August 8!”. It should be noted that Kenes Rakishev, as a Muslim, prefers not to sin in the holy month, even pictures from his hajj to Mecca appeared in the press. Ock (English – Bespectacled – author) does not share the oligarch’s religiosity, and writes that “such a beast is sold once a year.” Rakishev concedes and asks to send the girl to Kazakhstan “this week.”
Listerman continues to send letters with pictures of girls he calls “translators” in 2014. It is obvious that the seller and the client have some additional communication channel, exchanging only photos and videos by mail.
Such adventures of the family man Kenes Rakishev should be of interest to his official wife – Asel Tasmagambetova – the daughter of the famous Kazakh politician Imangali Tasmagambetov …

Shorokh was also caused by another scandal that took place in London in 2014. The public became aware that Kenes Rakishev paid for meetings with two aspiring film actresses – Chelsea Pereira and Tierra Carloson. The first, subsequently, appeared in the movie “Furious 7”. And he was not embarrassed to take such a step either by the presence of a family or by publicity …
