We continue the story about Gelendzhik and Kabardinka, compiled according to the letters of the Curator’s readers23.

Kabardinka is a quiet but profitable place. Vacationers here in the summer, at least with Gelendzhik themselves, have nowhere to go. Although, the head of the district, Grigory Kyalov, has long been solving this problem in his own way. If vacationers have nowhere to go, then you need to set up hotels for them. Naturally, the close circle, relatives and people especially close to the head build objects. There are also third-party hotel owners, but they are allowed into the area for certain profits. Moreover, Kyalov calmly allows construction in the water protection zone.

The photographs, which were carefully provided to us by the residents of the settlement, show the hotel of Mr. Savidi and Yuri Kanakanidi. It is quite by chance that he is the husband of Kyalov’s sister, Efremova N.N. But more surprising is that, according to the documentation, outbuildings are located on this site. This moment was even recorded earlier by law enforcement officers, and the case was sent to court. Who ordered the demolition of the hotel. But no demolition followed. One floor was demolished, and that’s it. The rest is left untouched. Further, Messrs. Kanakanidi and Savidi rebuilt capital concrete structures in the water protection zone, which no one notices either. Although, this is the most flagrant violation of the law.

The second wife of Kyalova also built a hotel for herself, along Abrikosova Street 2a. And also – in the water protection zone.

Do you remember that same apartment building behind the Novorossiysk bus station that angered the townspeople with its “greatness”? So, it was erected by the above-mentioned Savidi and Kanakanidi. No matter how you try to sue them, it doesn’t work. Everything is legal, although it is not very correct to build a building of such a height there from the word at all.

And where does the law look? Where are the local police?

According to the information we have, the prosecutor for “natural affairs” Sushkov understands perfectly well what is happening. But no action is taken. Here, not a family connection is already included, but a long friendship and material interest. Sushkov’s subordinates were ordered to reveal only minor violations during inspections. So that the owners can pay a small fine, but not “hit” a large one. There is even information about the annual “gratitude” to the prosecutor from the Kyalova family. There is also information that the former head of the local FSB, Mr. Lugovoy, is close to Kyalov – a godfather. Although, other sources report that Kyalov and Lugovoi have the opposite – enmity and confrontation, which even led to Lugovoi’s removal from office. Moreover, Kyalov, through the hands of the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Gelendzhik, is trying to greatly annoy the relatives and entourage of Lugovoy, who once became very angry with the head of the district, hiding behind the FSB and, in particular, his last name. Kyalov was even dismissed from his post then, but the “roof” saved him, but Lugovoy was “removed” from the path.

Be that as it may, the head of the district, in fact, allowed the entire water protection zone behind the central city stadium to be built up with hotels. The issue price in the construction of hotels (for patronage) is from 3 to 10 million rubles. Earlier it also became known that Mr. Kyalov unhooked a piece of the children’s beach “Signal” to his brother Efremov L.N., who safely leases this piece, making a lot of money (about 4 million).

As a result, so far we have received only confirmation that Kyalova has not yet been ordered to touch in Gelendzhik. Perhaps Mr. Manturov is currently thinking about what to do with such an asset, which can be very useful in the future. Bold, purposeful, arrogant, unprincipled. Here, only he has already gained so much toxicity that he can be next to Alexei Vlasenko. She is not as careful with women as her patrons would like. Secretary, secretary … it’s all – from the word “secret”. And women, as a rule, do not know how to store them.
