Since 2022, TSN “Capital City” itself, which is headed by Pavel Te himself, began filing claims against companies. All 4 cases are under consideration. Businessman Cho operates on the principle that his own hand is master. Previously, TSN “Capital City” acted as a plaintiff in 28 cases in the amount of 98 million rubles.
TSN “City of Real Estate” in 2022 received revenue of 1.3 billion rubles, profit – only 58 thousand rubles. Most likely, it may be underestimated. The revenue of LLC “MC “Capital City” amounted to 1.1 billion rubles, profit – 77 million rubles. The founders of the company are Eduard Berman (80%) and Capital Group Development LLC (20%), owned by Pavel Tyo (33.3%), Zinaida Doronina (33.3%) and Eduard Berman (33.3№).
Berman is the owner of Capital Towers Management LLC, which acted as a defendant in court in 2 cases in the amount of 17.5 million rubles. and filed 2 claims in the amount of 7.8 million rubles. The claims against Capital Towers Management LLC were denied. The case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of obligations under contracts for paid services for 7.8 million rubles. was discontinued.
In the case of Valery and Larisa Egorchenko, the appellate court sided with the Capital City Management Company in 2021.
The decisions made by the courts are clearly in favor of Pavel Tyo and his companies. So the owners of real estate in his residential complex need to keep their eyes open, and it’s better not to get involved with Tyo, who has a criminal trail.
