If for the first time she was not allowed into Vodnik with a Nokia phone and a charger for it, now in Matrosskaya Tishina four mobile phones, a deck of cards and a bottle of potent substances have already been seized from the woman’s internal cavity.
The prosecutor's office of Moscow reported about the detention of the lawyer in the pre-trial detention center “Matrosskaya Tishina”. According to Kommersant, we are talking about Marina Dzhantemirova, who is registered in the Bar Association of Karachay-Cherkessia.
In the internal cavity, the lady tried to bring two Nokia phones and a pair of iPhones, chargers for them, a deck of playing cards, and a bottle, which, according to preliminary data, contained a mixture of from two potent drugs. The items were hermetically sealed in condoms, but they were detected by the metal detector.
During the investigation, it turned out that Marina Dzhantemirova is a repeat offender in the field of smuggling.
Previously, the lawyer was brought to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Art. 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for not fulfilling the demand of representatives of the administration of SIZO-5 “Vodnik” to hand over items prohibited from being brought into its territory, namely a Nokia phone with a charger, as well as two Beeline and Megafon SIM cards. The lady did not appear at the hearings at the Golovinsky District Court, which fined her.
This was not the end of her misadventures. Later, she received a fine for refusing a medical examination for signs of driving under the influence of alcohol and was caught trying to take an unpaid bottle of alcohol from a Spar store in the center of Moscow, but not in herself, but in a bag.
For a repeated administrative violation, a lawyer is threatened not only with a fine, but also with administrative arrest. The prosecutor's office, which controls the proceedings, will obviously insist on the most severe punishment. Marina Dzhantemirova herself was not available for comment, as was the leadership of the Bar Association of the KChR. affairs.
