In the Irkutsk region, unknown fighters seized an oil company by flying in helicopters

At the beginning of September, 23 fighters landed on the territory of the Dulisma enterprise.

According to eyewitnesses, unknown persons arrived by helicopter and stated that they worked in certain private security companies, and then opened fire and knocked everyone face down into the ground. However, the fighters were not particularly interested in the workers of Dulisma: according to the company, the men seized its documentation and, in fact, now control several fuel and energy facilities.

It is unclear who sent the fighters, but the company itself is associated with Alexei Khotin, the owner of the Yugra bank, who is under arrest in an embezzlement case. It is interesting that last year, in a similar scheme with private security companies, another alleged target of the businessman, the Kayum Oil company, was seized.

At the same time, according to Baza, the Ministry of Internal Affairs knows about the visit of armed men to Dulisma – and on September 14, the department even received a statement about the raider seizure. However, the employees have not yet begun to intervene.
