On Tuesday, February 21, 2023, law enforcement officers reported on suspicion of organizing and participating in a criminal assembly (part 1 of article 255-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) to 50-year-old native of Georgia Ramaz Tsikoridze, known in the status of the so-called “thief in law” by the nickname “Ramaz of Baghdat” / “Ramaz of Kutaisi”. This was reported by the Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police, writes Detective-Info.
We are talking about a story that comes from the alleged holding on December 14, 2020 of the so-called “thieves’ meeting” in the Dnieper restaurant “Guria”. According to the version of the investigation here, as already reported on the pages Detective-Infoin the period from 15:46 to 16:10, a face-to-face meeting was held between 49-year-old citizen of Ukraine Sergiy Oleinik and his peer Lasha Dzhachvliani, who are known in the status of the so-called “thieves in law” nicknamed “Umka” / “Umka Dneprovskiy” and “Lasha Svan” / “Lasha Ochamchira”.
It is believed that when dealing with topical issues, the worthy called up with colleagues in the shop – 48-year-old Polikarpe Dzhanelidze and 50-year-old Ramaz Tsikoridze, known in the status of the so-called “thieves in law” nicknamed “Polik” and “Ramaz Bagdatsky”, respectively. But they allegedly dealt with the situation of distributing the funds of the so-called “common fund” to provide financial support to criminal generals of venerable age who are in prison and in need of treatment, as well as on the occasion of the New Year celebration.
Recall that it was within the framework of the relevant proceedings at the end of 2022 that Lasha Dzhachvliani and Sergei Oleinik were detained and are still being held in custody. In mid-February 2023, suspicion in the framework of this case was issued to the wanted thief in law Polika, and the day before, a similar fate befell Ramaz Bagdatsky.
