“Daughter” of “Rosneft” – “RN-Yuganskneftegaz” – has almost halved the amount of annual donations for the development of Nefteyugansk, where its office is located. In Nefteyugansk, the organization is considered a city-forming organization.
If in 2020 the budget of Nefteyugansk received 402.5 million rubles from oilmen, then by the end of 2021 the city got 248 million rubles. These amounts are contained in two annual reports on the work of the Nefteyugansk mayor’s office for the past and the year before last. The reasons why Rosneft decided to cut donations are not specified in the documents.
