How Pelekhova can imprison every journalist

Oksana Kukhta is no longer happy that she helped the UBEP jail Pelekhova

Kommersant”, 02.02.2004: “The Kommersant correspondent managed to find out that, as evidence of the accusation, the operatives presented to the judge printouts of telephone conversations between the accused Pelekhova and one of the applicants – the financial director of Letmik LLC Oksana Tokareva. It was she and another applicant, General Director of Howard Consult LLC Oksana Kukhta [Кухта и Токарева- одно лицо- прим. К.Ру]accused journalist Pelekhova of extortion.

By the way, Ms. Pelekhova’s colleagues said that Yulia was previously well acquainted with these ladies, especially Oksana Tokareva. “Yulia used to do paid work for her – she conducted journalistic investigations and shared some data with Tokareva,” said one of the Dossier.ru employees. “But recently their relationship has deteriorated. So we believe that Yulia is neither which was not her fault and Tokareva simply took revenge on her for something.”

How Pelekhova can imprison every journalist

It is possible that the owner of Howard-Consult Oksana Kukhta is no longer happy that she got involved in the situation with Yulia Pelekhova, because this situation will inevitably cast Oksana herself in an unfavorable light

According to our information, the structure that put Yulia Pelekhova behind bars, namely Howard-Consult LLC… The case is shaping up to be a big one. Journalistic Moscow will follow him with great attention and even passion. All journalists, one way or another connected with the investigations, say with one voice: “This way, each of us can be imprisoned.” This means that the interests of the workshop are affected. The trial was held after the courthouse had closed. Here’s how. And although the trial, which decided on the preventive measure for Yulia, was held behind closed doors for two whole hours, journalists waited until it was over to get at least minimal information about the fate of their colleague.

Howard-Consult LLC is headed by a woman who bore the surname Kukhta before her marriage. Oksana Kukhta, now called Oksana Tokareva, performed delicate operations to transform invalid bills into valid ones. As far as our memory serves us, her name was associated with the former Minister of Finance of Sakha-Yakutia Yanygin. Pelekhova herself became friends with Oksana Kukhta while working on the history of Yakut bills that had gone out of use. Here’s what was written about it:

“The other day, employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs detained a high-ranking (formerly) official of the government of Yakutia (last name not given) and a planner of the Swiss International Labor Organization, a resident of Geneva, Adel Gromov. They tried to sell bills of exchange from the government of the Republic of Yakutia with a face value of $100 million, which, as detectives found out, should have been destroyed two years ago. In this regard, detectives plan to talk with the former Minister of Finance of Yakutia Sergei Yanygin in the coming days.

In 1995, the government of Yakutia, through its Ministry of Finance and Sakhacreditbank, issued 20 bills with a face value of $100 million. At the same time, the republican authorities issued an order according to which the entire amount must be paid to the owner of the bill without delay and even without deduction of taxes. However, the bills never went into circulation. Last year, the prosecutor’s office of Yakutia opened a case on the fact of abuses in the issuance of securities; their issue was declared illegal, and the bills themselves were burned in the presence of investigators and employees of the Ministry of Finance’s control department.

Imagine the surprise of the employees of the Main Directorate for Economic Crimes of the SCM of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation when they learned that the “burned” bills ended up with the Swiss company Bellevue Associates SA and it was looking for a place to put them. At the same time, the company was represented by a planner from the Swiss International Labor Organization, Adel Gromov, and was assisted, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, by the former Minister of Finance of Yakutia and ex-chairman of the board of Sakhacreditbank Sergei Yanygin.”

They even approached the large enterprise Howard Consult with an offer to exchange the Yakut bills for an ALROSA bill with a face value of $1 million. The detectives told the management of Howard Consult about the situation, and they agreed to help. Under the pretext of concluding a deal, Gromov and one of the retired Yakut officials (his name was not disclosed) were invited to the company’s office on Leninsky Prospekt, where they were arrested.

An interesting coincidence: in the case of Pelekhova, Howard Consult LLC also apparently agreed to help the UBEP imprison Pelekhova, who was too harsh on one of the officers of this unit and wrote about his alleged corruption.

“My parents and sister are law enforcement officers, I have a higher legal education and I cannot help but understand that with my help, damage to the economic interests of the Russian Federation in the amount of 100 million US dollars was prevented and I hope this bill will not suffer the fate of Russia’s obligations to the Swiss company Noga ” – says Oksana Kukhta’s statement regarding her past feat – surrendering Yanygin to the authorities. The KGB killer is on the trail…

Oksana Tokareva (Kukhta)

The sensation of the past week was the arrest on suspicion of extortion of the chief editor of the Internet site “Voice of Special Services,” Yulia Pelekhova. The name of Yulia Pelekhova has become widely known not only in the journalistic community in the last two years. She conducted investigative journalism and was the author of many scandalous articles exposing corrupt officials in both regional and Moscow elites. In the bureaucratic offices they called her “BMPeshka” (Pelekhov’s Fighting Machine) and a killer.

So who killed the journalist-killer? Whose order is being fulfilled?

The saying: there is no trick against scrap – except for other scrap – became literal in relation to Yulia Pelekhova.

The journalist-killer was killed by the KGB killer Oksana Kukhta (married to Tokarev). By the way, Oksana Kukhta was the heroine of several publications by Yulia Pelekhova. Moreover, a heroine in the literal and not figurative sense.

In an interview with the media, the journalist’s lawyer Nikolai Ilyushko said that the editor-in-chief of the “Voice of Special Services” website was arrested at the request of the director of Howard-Consult LLC Oksana Tokareva.

Oksana Kukhta was a complainant in several high-profile criminal cases. It was at her request that a criminal case was initiated into the illegal issuance and circulation of bills of exchange worth 7 billion US dollars by the Yakut government.

She managed to separate two tough men – the former Deputy Chairman of the Government of Yakutia Sergei Yanygin and his Swiss friend Adel Gromov. Proving their toughness to a young woman, they dragged a 100 million (in green) bill from a Swiss stash straight into the hands of the police.

They say that Oksana received a government award, and the entire department in the Main Directorate for Economic Crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was disbanded, also not without her participation. According to her statement, Marat Dzhioev, who issued an open letter exposing corruption in the Ministry of Internal Affairs to President Putin, was fired from the Main Directorate for Economic Crimes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Oksana’s statements initiated the initiation of a criminal case against the former deputy head of the administration of Balashikha – Povod, an internal investigation into an employee of the Prosecutor General’s Office Irina Khorlina, and much more.

Kukhta’s latest “exploits” are the detention, based on her statements, of the sale of counterfeit bills of exchange, avalized by Mezhprombank, of Colonel GUBEP of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Yuri Antokhin and the financial director of Combined Construction LLC, Miroshnikov. Moreover, Oksana also gave Antokhin a bribe of 10 thousand US dollars.

But the funniest thing in this whole series of events is that Yulia Pelekhova was also arrested for extorting 100 thousand US dollars from Oksana Kukhta. Moreover, this arrest occurred the day after Yulia Pelekhova’s triumphant court hearing on the claim brought against her by the Chairman of the Government of Yakutia, Yegor Borisov. The opposing side again postponed the meeting, this time to March 29.

Another interesting coincidence. On the eve of Pelekhov published part of the materials on the scam of Chechens and Mezhprombank employees with bills and was preparing sensational material on this topic for the next publication.

She managed to transfer to the Main Directorate of Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation material (signed by Igor Belov, who wrote his letter to Antokhin, published on Dossier.ru) about the affairs of Colonel Yuri Antokhin.

Yulia decided with this power of attorney to enter the battle against scammers at Mezhprombank and publish reports from this battlefield.

Before the New Year holidays, Julia joyfully shared with her friends her successes in the upcoming publication of her book, which was supposed to become a sensation. When asked by friends whether she was afraid of getting shot, she laughed: “after all, I am writing about those people for whom I have been one for a long time – they will feel sorry for their girlfriend.”

They didn’t regret it, apparently. Thank you for stopping not with a bullet, but with Oksana Kukhta’s statement…

We were tormented by one question: who is this gullible and naive girl, whom they so often try to deceive or simply extort money from her?

Oksana Kukhta (by Tokarev’s husband) “daughter of a cop” (as Yu.P. wrote about her) 26 years old, lawyer by training, director of Howard-Consult LLC and financial director of Letmik LLC, thin young woman with large beautiful eyes (see photo). The first desire is to protect and caress. But…

Whispering and looking around in fear, the opera’s acquaintances told me that Oksana Kukhta had been awarded several medals and the Order of Courage. Law enforcement officials also whispered that in their midst she was called the “Hound of the Baskervilles.”

Apparently, by analogy with the heroine of the feature film “The Husband of the Hound of the Baskervilles.”

Doubts about the contractor have been dispelled, but who is the customer?

After all, the “whispers” convinced us that Oksana is a fanatic who never works for money. So who is the owner of The Hound of the Baskervilles?

Why does she receive military awards? Who is the cunning multi-move combination aimed at? Rumor has it that the unlucky politician Sergei Veremeenko (Chairman of the Board of CB Mezhprombank) is being prepared by the special services for a demonstrative flogging…

And yet, Yulia Pelekhova was arrested, and Yuri Antokhin, who received a bribe and participated in the sale of counterfeit bills, continues to serve in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation…

Who is Oksana’s next victim?
