The Internet is discussing how some parents and children in Nalchik at a school graduation disrespected the Russian anthem and even covered their ears. The RusHydro company is still waiting for an apology from its regional top manager Lelyukaev. What is known about these people?
What happened in the elite school of Nalchik
Judging by the video leaked online, the graduation ceremony at School No. 33 in Nalchik ended in a scandal: when the Russian anthem was played, some parents did not want to stand up, and some even covered their ears. This is an elite institution, which is called the school of the future. It was built as part of the federal project “Modern School” of the national project “Education”. The school is the largest and most modern in the KBR. For example, the first digital education center in the republic was created there. That is why the children of the local nobility study here.
It all seems like a pre-planned anti-Russian action. At least eight parents took part, including women in hijabs. After the video was published, the “refuseniks” were quickly identified as people resembling members of the local elite, including the wife of a major developer. Asiyat Khalilovthe wife of the head coach of the Russian judo team Karina Taovu and the top manager of the local RusHydro Shamil Lelyukaev with his wife Aida AtakuevaPerhaps other parents – regional officials – also ignored the anthem.
A scandal has erupted. The police of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic have drawn up protocols against eight “refuseniks” for violating the established procedure for using the national anthem. They face fines of up to 3,000 rubles. However, the consequences of the incident may not end there.
A number of media outlets, citing sources in the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs, write that among the participants in the incident were people allegedly professing religious extremism. Is it worth recalling that radicals with the same views and from the same “golden” families recently staged a bloody massacre in Derbent and Makhachkala. The head of the State Duma Defense Committee, General Andrey Kartapolov.
The family of developer Khalilov
Asiyat Khalilova, who did not stand for the national anthem, is married to one of the most influential developers in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Andzor Khalilov. His company, Khalilov Group, is managed through an individual entrepreneur. Income is unknown. The company has built several residential complexes and one entire microdistrict in Nalchik. There are many complaints even about its premium properties, and there are countless complaints about the budget options. Khalilov's houses are compared to a prison and a concrete jungle, criticized for the lack of territory and infrastructure, for improperly designed roofs, crooked walls without sound insulation, and the use of cheap tuff instead of brick.
Khalilov himself does not live in the houses he built himself. He, his wife and their children occupy several apartments in an elite, by local standards, low-rise residential complex of townhouses on Elbrusskaya Street. There are recreation areas, landscaping, children's and sports grounds, and parking is even provided for guests. The cost is up to 30 million rubles. The family also has other real estate in the city, which is simpler. And Khalilov drives the legendary Mercedes-Gelendvagen SUV, the cost of which can now exceed 30 million rubles.
According to local media, Andzor Khalilov allegedly previously held events to popularize the “Islamic way of life”promising discounts on housing if there is more than one wife. According to journalists, Khalilov himself allegedly has four, but naturally, only one is registered as legal. Polygamy is prohibited in Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism). Khalilov has several brothers. They all help him run the construction business.
Family of RusHydro top manager Lelyukaev
The family of RusHydro top manager Shamil Lelyukaev stood out in particular. It was his son who covered his ears and stamped his feet during the Russian anthem, while his wife Aida Atakuyeva demonstratively turned away.
As Life.ru found out, back in 2007, Shamil Lelyukaev (he was 26 at the time) headed the competition committee of the Kabardino-Balkarian branch of RusHydro. That is, he selected and continues to select suppliers who fulfill state contracts using budget money. Billions of state rubles passed through him. As you can see, Lyulyukaev carefully hides his wealth. Thus, payment receipts are sent to him at the address of a modest apartment in the village of Kashkhatau.

Family of the Russian national judo team coach Taov
Karina Taova, who sabotaged the performance of the anthem, is the wife of Hasanbi Taova, an honored master of sports, Olympic bronze medalist and current head coach of the Russian judo team.
According to bailiffs, Khasanbi and Karina Taovy live either in a dormitory of the CSKA sports complex in Rostov-on-Don or in a modest shack in the Kabardian village of Shalushka. The family receives receipts for small debts at these addresses. But, as Life.ru has found out, the Taovy family may actually occupy a spacious apartment in a low-rise business-class new building on Tarchokova Street in Nalchik.
Price from 20 million rubles. The Taovs also have a good cottage in the village of Anzorey. It is known that Karina drives a Toyota Land Cruer.
According to the local press, all three families at one time applied for social benefits from the state to raise their children. The Khalilovs and Lelyukaevs-Atakuevs were refused, but the Taovs allegedly receive 64 thousand rubles monthly.
