“Under the house – a whole anthill in the rock, – told Meduza (recognized by the Russian authorities as a media-foreign agent) builder Viktor. – At the 14th-15th level – the upper block of technical rooms. On the eighth – a wine cellar. At the very bottom, on the first floor, there are more technical rooms – and a hundred-meter tunnel that goes to the beach. The main VIP exit to the beach area – when we built it, there was supposed to be a travelator – like in Sheremetyevo. In a word, everything was serious.
Apparently, it is no coincidence that over Yamantau, as the “Interlocutor” noted, as well as over the palace near Gelendzhik, the Federal Air Transport Agency established a no-fly zone.
It is also difficult to walk there. In Ufa, however, some agencies offer hikes to Yamantau, but when you call, it turns out that we are talking about the Lesser Yamantau eco-trail, a neighboring mountain. Whereas underground work is going on at the Bolshoi.
— No, we haven’t been going to the Bolshoi for a long time. It used to be possible, but now … Well, you understand.
– Not really.
– There, after all … the South Ural Reserve.
— But Small Yamantau is also a nature reserve.
– Yes, but, probably, a completely different “beast” is found on the Bolshoi.
— Putin?
They say all sorts of things, but it’s better not to go there.
The military, rangers, and, judging by government contracts, DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced quadrocopters with 32x magnification and a thermal imager are responsible for protecting the protected construction site. From such (costing from 500 thousand to a million rubles per device) in the forest, even camouflage will not cover.
The General Director of Archeya, Alexander Chernyshkov, simultaneously heads the Moscow Mechanical Plant of Special Equipment, founded to provide special construction facilities of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other ministries and departments with engineering and technical means of protection. The plant, in particular, produces protective and hermetic doors, a ventilation system, fireproof shields, gates shielded from electromagnetic radiation, valves, hatches, shutters … In general, everything that is needed to ensure the safety of bunkers. One of the regular customers of the products is Mezhgorsk “US-30”.
By the way, the former head of the “US”, already mentioned above, Vladimir Georgiev from the GUSP, returned to the capital last year, giving way to another person in uniform (Alexander Mansurov previously served in Solnechnogorsk military unit 23423 – is related to strategic aviation). In Moscow, Georgiev managed to work for some time as the general director of Transinzhstroy JSC, and now he holds the post of first deputy there. According to the latest published list of the JSC Board of Directors, in 2019 it included the deputy head of US-30 Alexander Penchik and the head of the GUSP Alexander Linets. That is, this office has a certain relation to the bunkers. True, unlike US-30, it does not operate in the regions, but mainly in the capital region.
In Soviet times, Transinzhstroy was conceived as an organization for the creation of silo missile launchers, and although formally it is today engaged in metro construction, Putin’s GUSP periodically appears in arbitration courts as a third party in their claims. And in courts against diggers too.
That anti-digging process was the trigger for legislative amendments that the State Duma introduced to Article 20.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“Violation of the access control of a protected facility”) and to the Criminal Code (Article 215.4): fines were increased for diggers and punishment in the form of imprisonment was introduced.
Taking this opportunity, a year ago, the Moscow City Court already sentenced digger and blogger Andrey Pyzh to 5 years for inadvertently entering a secure facility. The specific address did not sound, but Pyzh’s comrades suggest that we are talking about underground system “Metro-2” – a network of tunnels that connect government agencies in Moscow (primarily the Kremlin) with bunkers in Moscow, Balashikha, Chekhov, and almost in Kaluga.
This year, the State Duma went even further. In agreement with the Presidential Administration, a bill was developed to expand the powers of the General Directorate of Special Programs. Now the staff of the GUSP received the right not only to detain violators of the regime, but also to open fire on them. Despite the fact that the violators themselves often do not know that they are violating something, because some GUSP facilities are so secret that there are not even any signs about their secrecy on them.
Bunker renovation
“Entrance to the territory in a protective mask and gloves. Administration”. And that’s it. No “Closed Object” or “Stop! I’m shooting…” It is not even mentioned that this was written not just by the administration, but by the Presidential Administration.
One of the unclassified secret objects with such a sign at the entrance was found by Sobesednik near Michurinsky Prospekt in Moscow. Judging by the map, formally, a certain ritual company is located on the territory fenced with a concrete fence, which promises to attach any VIP for a long time underground for 310,000 rubles.
“We don’t have anyone at this address,” the ritualists told the Interlocutor.
– They used to say that there was an entrance to Putin’s bunker. Now I don’t know,” the resident of the house opposite shrugs his shoulders. “But the cars drive regularly.
In fact, at the metal gate, instead of a hearse, “Interlocutor” saw a truck with license plate X *** UV of military unit 95006, which belongs to the GUSP, an organization that really hides VIPs underground.
And there are more than a dozen such objects in the capital: Luchnikov Lane (near Lubyanka), Krestovozdvizhensky (near the Ministry of Defense), Taganka (next to Stalin’s bunker), a lot is concentrated around the former wasteland, which the diggers call “Ramenki-43”, saying that it is in this place that the whole underground city is located, connected by tunnels with the Kremlin. Only for the modernization of three elevators and their automation, Transinzhstroy, by order of the military unit of the GUSP located there, planned to spend almost 55 million rubles according to the estimate. Imagine how deep an elevator shaft should be in a wasteland!
Here are just a wasteland in Ramenki is almost gone. On the direct instructions of the president, one half of the site was given to the Technological Valley of Moscow State University – it is now under the auspices of Innopraktika Foundation science buildings are being built with might and main. Heads the fund Katerina Tikhonova, also known as Putin’s daughter. So the president has everything under control.
Part of the land in the second half of the site belongs to Transinzhstroy JSC and military units of a number of special services, including, of course, the GUSP. That is, this territory above the alleged underground city is also controlled by the Kremlin. Residential buildings have even been built here, in which employees of the Federal Security Service and the FSB are quartered. In addition, a new residential quarter is being created here at a brisk pace, and it is being built by the same newly formed company Almis-Integral as the technology center of Moscow State University. And the apartments in these new buildings are also not for sale on the market – they seem to have generously promised to give them to the migrants for renovation. True, in which department these settlers should serve, they did not say.
Construction is scheduled to be completed by May next year. Then the bunker in Ramenki, which the diggers are talking about, will finally be covered by residential buildings, like a human shield. Where do you see the bunker? Ordinary civilian object!
If tomorrow is war
“When we climbed there, this structure looked unfit for combat,” recalls Pavel Sofronov. Perhaps our conversation with him was listened to. In any case, after him, Pavel’s VK page was blocked “on the basis of the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.”
However, according to anyone, in the few years that have passed since the outing of the diggers, everything in the underworld could have changed. They reopened the facility in Yamantau, intensified work in Ramenki, began to conclude new state contracts – for the verification of radiation and chemical reconnaissance devices that are intended for use on armored objects, for the purchase of complexes for detecting channels for leaking voice information and devices for detecting bugs, for systems for setting vibroacoustic and acoustic interference, hardware and software psychodiagnostic complexes, compressed air breathing apparatus…
Not only that, on the order of the military unit of the GUSP, for 112 million rubles, Transinzhstroy provided Putin’s capital shelter with the Air Parameters Monitoring System (SKPVS), which is designed for automatic continuous remote monitoring of the radiation situation and measuring levels of ionizing radiation. The guards of the presidential bunkers are also armed with more mobile gamma radiation dosimeters DKG-02U “Arbitr” and MKS-10D “Chibis”, dosimeters DKS-AT3509, DKS-04, DBG-06T and DKG-02U, measuring devices UI-14, dose rate meters IMD-1r, IMD-2NM, IMD-21, IMD-1r(s), IMD-7NS, IMD-7N, IMD-7S and IMD-12, radiometers DP-3B and DP-5A (B, C ), radiometers KRA-1 and KRB-1, radiometers-dosimeters DKG-07BS, sources of ionizing radiation 1SO, measuring devices GO-32 “LUMIN” IU-1 …
In a word, it is a debatable question how ready Russia is for a conventional war, but it is probably ready for a nuclear one. At least one person has a chance to survive in it, in any case, he created comfortable opportunities for this for himself … Of course, it is difficult to imagine how much effort and trillions of rubles went into creating and maintaining such an extensive secret security system not the whole country, but only its first person with his retinue. But for the defense of the Motherland, we don’t feel sorry for anything and no one, especially when you consider that no one just means today by the word “Motherland”.
