[…] Studying Prigozhin auditors, “Chronicles” discovered more than twenty companies, to which numerous hotels, business centers, apartments, warehouses and other property are registered. The total revenue of these legal entities for 2022 amounted to 1.6 billion rubles, profit – 2.6 billion rubles.
Another company that was discovered by Chronicles is JSC Continental (TIN 7810771540). At the end of 2022, she owned a plot with a warehouse in Domodedovo in the Moscow region. Works there warehouse complex “50K”. This trademark is registered to the above-mentioned “Sovengo Plus”, whose trademark in turn is called “100K”. There is a warehouse under it in Bugry in the Leningrad region.
The complex in Domodevo is managed by InvestCapital LLC (TIN 7810771597). It will come up later in this text. Well, another connection with the Prigozhins is that Continental for some time owned a St. Petersburg hotel Red Starswhich then transferred to Prigozhin’s youngest daughter Veronica. Let’s talk about this now.
Prigozhin’s eldest daughter Pauline, apparently, is also planning to go into the hotel business. In 2019, her newly created company JSC Legion acquired from the state the historical Dacha of the Prince of Oldenburg on the prestigious Kamenny Island in St. Petersburg. In 2021 approved design documentation for the conversion of the building into a hotel. Developed documents for RedutProject. This enterprise accompanies almost all of Prigozhin’s construction projects. It is described in the first part of this study.
All business centers are managed by one company – InvestCapital, which was already mentioned above in connection with the warehouse complex in Domodedovo. Its general director, Viktor Rumyantsev, previously worked as director of JSC Biznesprof.
InvestCapital manages another business center that was not previously associated with Prigozhin – the Business Box business center. It is located in Povar’s favorite Lakhta district at 85 Lakhtinsky Prospekt, bldg. 3. The owner of the business center is Vector LLC (TIN 7811617774). It was created in 2016. As expected, only one person works there. Since 2018, “Vector” has been owned by JSC “Business Stroy” (TIN 7805731630), created in 2018. The staff also employs one person. Previously, Vector belonged to Alliance LLC (TIN 7801511031), whose founder was once Prigozhin’s mother Violetta Kirovna.
Companies associated with Prigozhin still have many relatively modest assets. For example, two commercial premises with a total area of 1.3 thousand square meters. m on the ground floor of a business center in the southeast of St. Petersburg at 3 Tikhaya Street. They belong to JSC Michigan Company, created in 2019 (TIN 7743313310). There is, of course, one employee. One of the premises is rented out to the Perekrestok store. According to reports, in 2021, Michigan Company received an interest-free loan in the amount of 88.2 million rubles from the director and owner of the company, Maxim Nurmeev, which is typical for Prigozhin companies.
“Chronicles” also found out that Prigozhin’s LLC “Rhythm” has owned premises in Borodulin’s apartment building at 13/4 Bolshoi Prospect, Petrogradskaya Storona, for many years. Their total area is 230.5 square meters. m. Some time ago these premises tried to sell for 62 million rubles, but unsuccessfully.
Another legal entity found by Chronicles is Shipilovskaya64 LLC (TIN 7724349254). As expected, the company has only one employee. In the southeast of Moscow, the company has a building at 64 Shipilovskaya Street, bldg. 2. Both the building and the LLC itself previously belonged to Prigozhin’s Preschool Nutrition Plant. Now Shipilovskaya64 belongs to Trudovye Reservy LLC (TIN 7725227467). Its founder, Pavel Pamfilov, previously worked as director of the Preschool Nutrition Plant.
About “Northern Versailles” “Chronicles. Media” wrote. This is a collection of ridiculous houses in the “Chechen Baroque” style on the shore of Lake Lakhtinsky Razliv with a personal helipad. “Chronicles” established that in this house there is an apartment with an area of 72.3 square meters. m. It belongs to JSC Sky, created back in 1994. Until 2013, the general director of Sky was none other than Prigozhin’s stepfather Samuil Zharkoy.
Also four apartments with a total area of 335.1 sq. m. m in the Keyserling house are owned by Bar Service LLC. It was created in 2002. There are only two employees on staff. Since September 1, 2023, Bar Service has been owned by JSC Ambassador, which, as Chronicles found out, is also associated with Prigozhin.
In addition, the Food Plant associated with the Prigozhins owns plots, industrial premises and even residential buildings (possibly for employees) in the village of Klenovo within Moscow, as well as in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region.
Another company that was discovered by the Chronicle and written about in the first part of this study, Veles Plus, owns a building in the closed city of Mirny in the Arkhangelsk region (the Mirny dairy kitchen was once located there).
Prigozhin’s companies also own other interesting property. Thus, the widow of the “cook”, through LLC “Kuptsov Eliseev Shop”, in addition to the store itself, owns a rare American car, a 1933 Chevrolet Master Eagle. His used in an advertisement for the Eliseevsky store. A few years ago in the USA such a car could be bought for 27 thousand dollars.
Chronicles also discovered the Business Project company, which is associated with Prigozhin. It is described in the first part of this study. The company owns several ships. These are two pleasure boats “River Lounge” and “River Lounge-2”, as well as a boat. It is known from court decisions that another Prigozhin company, Concord M, operates three more vessels – River Palace, River Palace 2 and Sochi. All of them can be rented on one website.
However, once upon a time the Business Project had airplane Cessna 182T. Later he was transferred to the “international direction” and re-registered with other Prigozhin structures.
